The treatment on the phone is terrible, you call and they hang up on you, they have changed the staff and it has made everything worse.

I don't know about anything else there but the pharmacy is just plain awful. The general lack of respect I can take, but the terrible job I will not.
I think they need to be drug tested. Maybe dipping into the supply? Just does not seem right there. I switched stores after the about the fourth time of having to come back even after they said the prescription was ready. And don't wait for them to call as they don't and neither do they text so don't bother with that either.

This pharmacy is exceptionally terrible. I need to call and confirm or prescriptions called in do not get filled. I have one medication that is not covered by insurance and I've told them multiple times that I will pay full price, yet they do not fill it. They tell me to return the following day and it is still not ready, and the cycle repeats itself every month. Again, they seem to not look at called-in prescriptions until you call and actually speak to them, which in itself is a feat (as I write this review I've been on hold for 15 minutes and have been re-placed in hold 3 times). This has happened several times when I've been very ill and in need of antibiotics. There is no excuse for this abhorrent level of service. I'm writing this review after putting up with this nonsense repeatedly for five years. I don't like to write reviews like this. But I'm hoping that maybe somehow this could affect a change.

Pharmacy opens at 9 and pharmacist was not there at 10 and no one knew when they were going to get there. I was told by employees they did this often since was hired about a month ago .

While other locations are open to the public until 5pm… this store closes at 3pm with no explanation, they have a sign at main entrance showing that the new store and pharmacy hours will be effective on 02/29/24 but guess what!!! Pharmacy closes at 3pm… today is 02/18/24

The Pharmacist went the extra mile to help me find a solution and it is only fair that this is rewarded with a positive review.That said, please stop putting my license into my prescription bag? I threw my license away and forgot that you hide it on me. ?Just placing the license in the tray saves both of us a step and it saves paper. The old way is more efficient. Also, your customers are mostly seniors and we are all use to the old way.

Customer service at this branch is ridiculous.All I needed was help from an associate to input a code so I can continue to take my passport picture. I waited for about 45 minutes for no one to help me. Went to stand in checkout to ask employee for help and she insisted that she’s calling someone to help with the matter. Never got any help. Ended up just walking out. The company should have a sit down with the employees to discuss to them that customer comes first. Don’t know what the hell they were doin in the break room.

The customer service is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes you get nice people and other times you don't. Unfortunately, the shelves are not well stocked either. The pharmacy seems to run smoothly and efficiently.
