I was told that the good RX number was not valid. I was told to come back the next day to try again. I contacted another local Walgreens Pharmacy and the number worked fine. I doubt she even tried entering the information.

My Doctor prescribed my medication after being contacted by the pharmacy. On Wednesday, January 24, they denied me service until after February 5, according to Customer Service, I called on February 7 and now they don't want to give it to me, we have to bother the doctor again, O.M.G, I'm asthmatic, my medication is crucial in Plena season flue. Before I had no problems any month refilling my prescription, currently the service is terrible, since they never give me an answer, and they send me to a pharmacy representative, who does not resolve my situation either. The Delivery is very effective, but the rest is useless, I am thinking of changing as soon as possible, horrible service

Terrible service, I waited over an hour to get lab work and had an appointment and once they saw me waiting they said I would have to come back after their lunch break because they decided to help 2 other people that were behind me.

Total mess. Half the time the pharmacy is closed with no notice. When they are there, you can tell they are being treated unfairly by the Walgreens company. Issues with prescriptions being on time. Come on Walgreens, treat your people better and fix the issues!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!I have literally been trying to pick up my medication for ONE MONTH and the pharmacy either NEVER answers the phone, they don't have a pharmacist, close early, or my medications are out of stock!!!!!!!RIDICULOUS AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEYOND FRUSTRATED.-1 Star!

Drove clear across town to pick up meds at the pharmacy. It was supposed to be open until 5:00. It was 3:55 and an employee was closing it. She was extremely rude and said I'm closing at 4:00 because I'm short staffed, which is just wrong in itself. When I pointed at the store clock, which said 3:55, she rudely held up her wrist and said it's 4:00 by my watch, and that's all that matters.

Total fail Walgreens . My doctor called in a prescription today . (No I do not have Covid.) I had not received a notice so I called the pharmacy around 7:15 PM After a recording told me I only had one caller ahead of me I waited over 25 minutes before calling store on other phone and asked for the manager . A young lady answered and I asked if she could check on my prescription and that I had been on hold almost 30 minutes She told me sorry no pharmacist so we closed early . By this time it is 8 PM . I ask what can I do . The young lady said she would check . She came back on and said “If you need your prescription tonight you can drive to Lehigh Acres “ My injured knee and I will have to tough it out tonight .

,Horrific customer service!! You would think that once you have been going monthly to a pharmacy for a couple of years there would never be problems with your prescription being out of stock. Well I am here to tell you there are problems and I was told that it was because of the seasonal traffic. Are you kidding me!? What a joke and don`t try calling as you will be on hold for hours and when lunch time comes, well they just hang up, regardless of how long you have been waiting to speak to someone. If I could give you 0 stars, I certainly would!! This store is beyond terrible...RUN RUN RUN!!!!!! Have you incompetent jerks ever heard of inventory management software!!!!!

I have a primary care doctor with English as a second language. Great guy and doctor, but he messes every script up. I have seen him for three years and the only reason I have not left is because Francis, my pharmacist, for now and forever fixes my doctors mistake every time. I have used most pharmacies in Naples, fl over the past several decades and this one is the best by far. Most would have made me jump through loops to get what is needed, better yet afforded me. Francis makes it happen. I will use no other pharmacy as long as he is here. Best recommendation I can give- use this pharmacy and ask for Francis!

2511 Pine Ridge Rd/Airport Pulling, Naples, FL 34109 I went to exchange my ketone strips because it came ruined. The cashier wasn't being able to go ahead and do it, so she called the "manager" Zac which started his statement yelling that don't sell those there anymore. And I told him that I had just brought that there 2 days ago. He told me: Not in this store. And I said yes, here. Long store short, he was very rude, threated TO KICK ME OUT OF THE STORE, until I went to the back and got another product from that store shelf and handled to him. Them he changed the tone of his voice and said for the next time to keep the product box and keep the receipt. 1. how could I know the thing was not working properly? 2. My receipt comes on line, he could have checked before making all of this accusation. I am not stepping in that store anymore. It is the closest store to my hose and were I used to send all my prescriptions (changing for CVS now). That was unacceptable. KICK ME OUT OF THE STORE BECAUSE HE WAS ASKING FOR MY RIGHTS AND HE WAS BEING RUDE TO ME? Nope, not accepting that!

Disgusting service. 2 hours phone call they hold after they hang up . Lady name Mariya. Super la la lu. They don’t answer phone call . No information for medications ready. They I drive to the store . Surprise they our of stock. Ot took them 1 week to get medicine. Don’t use this location for any medicine.

I was so glad when I found this Walgreens right down the road. The roads are designed as such that you don't have to make a U-turn if you're headed south. Convenient back entrance. Apart from chugging bleach, U-turns are the worst. They also constantly have clearance deals on candy. Stuff thats normally $4 will be like, $.50 sometimes. Even then the cashiers almost look at you like your homeless buying this trash candy no one else wants and give you extra coupons. It's great. There's a liquor store too! It's located right across from Total Wine so not that busy. Therefore everybody knows your name if you drop in a few times. It's like Cheers but much more depressing. I'll often pick out my items and then as I'm paying be asked if I'd like some Jim Beam as well. Of course I do. I want three. But now the guy behind me knows I do as well and I feel like Cersei. Shame. Staff is awesome though. Anytime they get new promotional stuff from vendors they'll save it for me. Unless it's an awesome Crown Royal chair then I guess I'm a nobody. That chair would've been amazing in The Sanctuary. Psyched for the post-Christmas clearout!
