The lady at the Walgreens cosmetic counter helped me find my items, including the ones outside her area. She also recommended items that I hadn’t been aware of that were better than what I would have purchased. Yes, a bit more expensive, but they should last a lot longer. Her patience was admirable.

The absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy in the United States. The pharmacist Maryann refused to fill my prescription and made up a fake Walgreens policy that doesn’t exist. She was also incredibly rude on the phone. Do not fill your prescriptions here! You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never answer the phone and when they do they always hang up on you. You litterally have to drive out if your way to go ask your question. Very unprofessional. They told me I could pick up my prescription on the 24 well it's the 24 and we're is my medication

Horrible experiences at this location. Most recently I went to pick up three prescriptions and was only given one. Unfortunately, I left the drive-through window so I had to circle around and wait in line again. They did have one of the other two prescriptions, but the third was missing. They said it “was not possible to contact my doctor” even though he was on file because I just picked up a prescription ordered by this doctor. I called my doctors office the next morning and confirmed it was sent to this Walgreens a week earlier. I called this Walgreens after speaking with my doctors office and was treated terribly. The employee said she was having a hard time understanding me and said she thinks we have a bad connection, so I replied saying, “could you please call me back if we get disconnected so I don’t have to wait on hold.” She seemed to take offense to this and told me there was nobody else waiting, implying I shouldn’t have had to wait on hold. She continuously interrupted me and gave excuses of why they didn’t receive the prescription. I asked why I was told the night before that they couldn’t contact my doctor and she was upset that I asked and said “yeah why can’t we?!) She abruptly put me on hold (interrupting me again). The next person picked up and I started to explain the situation and that the first person interrupted me frequently and again, I was immediately interrupted and abruptly put on hold. Finally a third person answered with some decency and actual communication skills and we were able to discuss the problem and come to a resolution like adults.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and WOW where do I even begin. First I have noticed a huge overturn in staff as if this management team is not able to keep employees. By the time I get familiar with someone they are gone. Number 2 the pharmacy is overworked and understaffed. Number 3 the most MISERABLE woman named I believe Christie works here and is always so cold with ZERO customer service skills. I'm really not sure why she works in a place that clearly will entail good customer service. I ran into her in an aisle and had a question and she made it very clear with the distain look on her face that I was a bother to her. She needs to be behind a desk hiding, not in customer service. I am here regularly and she seems like she always has her period by the resting bitch face she always has on. I have also caught her speaking to the staff in a very cold and demeaning way. Christie exudes MISERY EVERY time I run into her. This place needs new management because there has been water leaking from the roof for a while and they have it being caught in aisles throughout the store instead of fixing it. This is NAPLES, and how embarrassing this store is for being in such a nice area. Corporate needs to assess the management team and they need a secret shopper so they can see how MISERABLE some of the staff is. If I owned this location I would be making changes immediately. They have a few nice gentlemen who work here named Yaher and Neiyamia and a wonderful lady named Claudia who is always so pleasant and thank God for them because CVS across the street is getting most of my business ever since my run in with the wretched low-spirited and joyless Christie. I hope she sees this review and changes her ways and I hope management sees this review and starts making changes and finds a way to keep staff instead of running them off. Oh and for the love of God please fix the leaking roof!!

Hooboy. Everything is grossly overpriced, unless you have their rewards card. At the register they hit you up to donate extra to a charity - so their business can get a write off. The cashier had her name badge obscured so it couldn't be read but it looked like Brenda or Breanna? She was way "over it". I asked how her day was going. She grumbled fine and didn't return the greeting. My total came to $9.62. I pulled out a ten and said I have two pennies. Her reply was "too late I already put it in." I guess she can't count back change. It was clearly a bad day for her.

The pharmacy staff needs to be replaced. They are chronically understaffed and what staff they do have are not very well trained. Today I signed up online for a 3:00pm flu shot. I was there at 2:55. There were three other people waiting as long as 45 minutes. The counter women would only shrug when I asked how far behind they were. Don't bother trying to call them. If they do answer after 20 minutes or so, they'll pass you around until you get hung up on. This place is a disaster. I can't imagine how they keep their license.

As a physician it is truly disappointing that a pharmacy can be run this poorly. It reflects badly on all of Healthcare when an organization just doesn't care enough to take care of patients...or the providers. I called the number 5 times before I got a connection. Once I FINALLY was connected I spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting for a pharmacist where the phone rang like 8 different times. Several times the phone was picked up just to go back on hold without even the courtesy of answering. The other times it seemed a great surprise that I was a physician STILL waiting to be connected to a pharmacist. Finally at the end of 15 minutes the phone just rang for 4 or 5 minutes with no one bothering to answer. At that point I just called CVS and was connected to the pharmacist in about 60 seconds. I will NEVER call in another script to Walgreens...this place is ridiculous!
