Came by the store not too long ago and had a really solid experience. It was busy but the staff kept things moving and made sure everyone was being helped. Jason, the manager, stepped in and helped out just like anyone else on the team, which you don’t always see. He knew what he was talking about and made sure I left with everything I needed. Felt like a team that actually cares. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I need something.

Store was busy when I went in but the manager, Jason, rolled his sleeves right up and jumped in with the other sales people to help me. He was super knowledgeable about the new phone I got and took the time to explain its features and answer all my questions. Subsequently, I stopped in the store one other time with a few questions which one of the sales people answered for me. I’d say the staff at this store is very well trained and polite and I now consider this my go to location.

The manager at this store (Jason) was very professional and helpful throughout the purchasing process. I personally was really dreading transferring my number over to Verizon, but Jason made sure everything was done correctly before I left the store. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy cell phone store.

Products and service are a competitive average. If you call Verizon with basic question be prepared to wait and WAIT and then WAIT EVEN MORE eventually your patience will rewarded by a callback from a VERIZON ROBOT! Nice thing about that is : The Robot will not be offended so … GO AHEAD AND LET IT ALL COME OUT!! Although watch out Verizon may add additional chargers for ‘Additional Therapy’ lol

Purchased an I phone 16 and new iPad at this location. Ben was great from start to finish. Answered all my questions and was extremely professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend this store and Ben for all your Verizon needs!
