The assistant was able see what the problem with my insurance account for my husband’s apple watch… he corrected it and replaced my husband's watch.
Ps I went to another Verizon location “ Prior “ and they did not even bother to correct the problem.
Just stated I had no insurance… which I did and do.

I am so Disappointed On this Store they will lie to you Plss Make sure ask for bill receipt What is this bill For be careful i ask For 2 line they put 4 line my bill was almost 500 dollar just for the 2 line not 3 or 4 it’s to much i won’t even recommend to come to this store

Danny went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get into my locked (dropped and broke iPhone). In the past other stores never did this for me. Definitely recommend checking them out.
