I traded in my old iphone in April I used a promotion, traded in my old phone and was told I would get an 800 dollar credit. I should only owe 216 dollars on the new phone Needless to say, every time I get a bill, it shows I owe full price for my phone so they kept my old phone and I got ZERO for trade in Last month, I was on the phone with Verizon for 45 minutes and they assured me it would be rectified on next bill I got my new bill today and it still says I owe full price and I was given no promotion! I have been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and will most likely be switching to another provider

Went in because I was told to by a customer service representative on the fone, to inquire about service for data transfer from my broken fone to my new one and to purchase a new case, cords, maybe some gear. The young lady told me it's 40 bucks to set up my new fone. I said they charge? That isn't customer care? She said they are too busy making sales to help with that service, and I said so sales is more important than current customer care? She then said do you have anymore questions? At that point I realized she was right and I was obviously wasting her time and wasn't about to spend ANY money at that store. FYI, I was the only one in the store.

Stopped in to get help with getting cellular working on my watch and some glitches with my phone resolved. I was greeted promptly by worker Fante. He got the watch fired up and the issues resolved fast and painless. I will def come back to those store for any phones I purchase down the line. Well trained and helpful staff. Easy parking.

Dante. He was wonderful ! We came near closing and we didn’t want to do that but he welcomed us in took care of us with a smile and very talented in his work ! Thank him for staying after closing hours too ! Awesome customer service!

Verizon customer support is a great service. An employee (i don’t remember his name) helped me get upgraded to a new phone since mine had been deteriorating for a few weeks. He guided me through the process of upgrading and he knew exactly what to do. They also knew all of my questions which I was going to ask and was willing to help me.
Thank you to this location for helping to make the upgrade happen and to make it easier.

Customer service at this store was easy peasy due to customer service expertise of Emily. First time I did not need to pinch myself and take deep breaths in a phone store. The process may be streamlined my last new phone but Emily’s efficiency made it painless.
