This was by far the worst level of unprofessionalism and treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth. Very dishonest They're all professional crooks including the manager. Unfortunately corporate couldn't do anything. Maybe the BBB or FCC can.

Jackson and Edgar where amazing! They helped me so much! I didn't know how to use my phone and they both helped me, get automatic pay for my bill and helped me with understanding better my phone. He also helped me with getting international plan and helped me learn how to use it.
