I visited this store in October, 2023. I was offered an absolutely free upgrade from my old Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 to a brand new Flip 5 by one of the sale clerk, let's name him here Mr. B. I asked him to carefully check if I'm fully eligible for this unusually generous deal, and he assured me that I am. I went back 3 days later for the actual exchange so he had plenty of time for checking my account. I was charged for the new phone on my Verizon account next month, as the first of 36 due installment payments. I called Verizon, they promised me to check and make corrections by the next billing cycle. The same thing happened the next two consecutive months. I took me several hours on the phone at different times with different representatives. Eventually I had to complain at the top, at the corporate executive office of Verizon to find out that Mr. B has not checked my account properly, I was not qualified for the absolutely free swap offer. He lied about trying to contact me about this and then he simply kept my Flip 3 phone. When I personally confronted him over the phone, he hung up on me. After more than 3 months of struggle, I got compensated by Verizon. Unfortunately, this dishonest sales person, Mr. B is still employed at this store.

Jason was absolutely amazing, he got me setup super quickly and gave me the best deals. Thank you SO MUCH Jason you are truly a lifesaver. If you go there ask for Jason he is the best kind of human there is!

Julian was the most helpful polite neat and knowledgeable representatives I’ve ever encountered in the cell phone industry He made my experience an absolute joy. I will return again and again to your Naples location. I will also refer many of my Marco Island friends to your Naples location . .Julian represents your company in a way that you can be nothing, but extremely proud and honored to have him representing Verizon. I have been in retail management and ownership for over 45 years. Julian is the gem. Very rare to find. He deserves every bit of accolades from your. I came into the store just about 6:00 pm. I had damaged my phone at work. Jason was awesome. He took his time. He talked to me through everything got me set up on a new phone and even helped me file my claim with asurion

I wish I didn't have to come to the store, but that's another story. Had a great visit, Jason was great I was able to leave my phone with him since I was in a rush. I came back later in the day and the phone was good to go

Best customer service I have ever experienced in Verizon. Jason Buckley is super knowledgeable, tech savvy and professional. He helped me pick out new phones in a pinch due to a security breach on my old phone, setup and answered all my questions on purchase day and has shown great support since, whenever I call or show up at the store.I highly recommend this store and sales consultant Jason Buckley.

I've been to the store twice. The first time to trade in my flip phone for a android. They just looked at me and said we don't have that in stock you have to go to another store. Great customer service The second time I went to the store, I was trying to transfer information from a flip phone to a iPhone. They just looked at me and said it can't be done. They didn't even offer to set up the iPhone The staff are very rude and just look at you and say nothing can be done. I understand that, but it could be said in a polite way.

Julian was amazing. So amazing that I brought my daughter in to get a new phone. Julian helped us both with making sure our phones were set up and transfered all of our information from our old phones.

We should have read the reviews before we entered this store. We were completely mislead and now we are PAYING for it. We were told what the costs would be only to find out he meant the "in store" costs. Once we got our bill we realized we got duped, to the amount of $1400, plus the $700 we spent in the store for overpriced items that we didn't need (presented as part of this package/promotion) And when we addressed the issue of course we were told it was our misunderstanding. So disappointing because we actually thought we found a good Verizon agent. This reflects poorly on this store, the employees, and Verizon itself. Unfortunately, we will have to see this plan through for 3 years, and Verizon has lost customers for life. We have been faithful to Verizon for 25+ years. NO MORE. Would have chosen zero stars if it was an option.

Sales technician was professional, knowledgeable. He had tremendous patience in explaining everything and instilled my confidence in getting a new phone etc. George Tirone is an employee you should d o everything not to lose! I will go back to him for assistance in the future!

Jason Buckley is the best. He patiently hooked my wife's iPhone and my Samsung Ultra and hand held us through the entire process. He made a difficult transition seamless.

Went in today to replace broken cell phone only to learn that I was also eligible for an iPad and Apple Watch due to a current promotion. George (I believe was his name) was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and efficient. Great experience.
