About a year ago, I talked to Taylor about my home insurance needs. She was very prompt with a couple of recommendations. However, I postponed my decision. After several months my needs changed and I contacted Taylor again. She was understanding and prompt with her recommendations. Now, she is my agent for my new Home Insurance Policy. After having almost heart failure seeing the quote our car insurance company was giving us to renew which would raise our premium almost $2000, I reached out to Vanderbilt to see if there was ANYTHING better out there. Aly got back to me within the hour, took some information from my husband and I about our current policy, and later that afternoon was helping me to move to a new carrier that was saving me $700 a year! Likewise we came back to Vanderbilt for flood insurance and homeowners guidance and it never fails that we have answers & help same day if not first thing the next day. Very appreciative of their help and looking forward to continuing to use them!
