This place is good when the latin lady with the glasses is not there. SHE IS ALWAYS ON HER CELL PHONE. TODAY I WENT IN SHE HAD EAR PLUGS LOOKING AT HER CELL PHONE AND SITTING IN A CHAIR AND HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME IF I WAS DROPPING OFF SO SHE WOULD NOT HAVE TO GET OUT OF HER CHAIR AND WHEN I TOLD HER I NEEDED A RECEIPT SHE SAID " HAY DIOS " IN SPANISH LIKE OH GOD I HAVE TO GET OFF MY CHAIR NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service at this location is above and beyond. Had a package being delivered, they noticed the bottom was wet, yes I shipped something liquid, they call me to find out what it was (not harmful) repacked for me from this center and delivered the same day..WOW!!! I wish I had gotten the persons name that call at 7:30am to correct this situation and get the package to me!! This was a product I needed for work.
USPS can take some lessons from UPS…always use UPS

I called to speak to someone at this location to find out if I could drop an Amazon package there and I could not get through because they said they needed a tracking number which I wasn’t able to give them as I hadn’t printed out the return label/receipt yet as I wanted to make sure this was the closest drop off location for me. Terrible customer service. So frustrating when you get looped around in an endless messaging center without being able to reach a person to ask a simple question.
PS : Case in point, look at their response use social media to get in touch!!

Bad bad bad bad they do not deliver orders that are urgent and they wash their hands saying that it is out of their hands to be able to solve the problems I do not recommend sending with them, pay a little more and use other companies that do work

AI customer service is not the answer. Dropping packages off a CVS after 1 attempt at delivery and claiming that I requested the change is not only a violation of integrity, but communicates apathy and laziness. Maybe I'm wrong, but I won't ever know, because your AI customer support can't carry on a competent conversation. Oh, and telling me (as you will below) to contact you via social media interface communicates the same apathy and laziness.

The staff was very helpful and nice. I would have rated this higher but their system was down. We went through all the trouble to do everything digitally while we were there and then our card wouldn't go through because they were having issues with their system. Then we had to fill out an old-style paper sheet and put our card information on that so they can run it later. The total time to weigh and pay was almost an hour....

I waited from 5pm until 9:49 pm at home to find out my delivery was rescheduled by driver for Monday. No call or text and customer service was useless. I miss my son football game waiting at home for Poor customer service.

I was expecting a package. They left an EMPTY couldn't deliver note on my door 8/31. I contacted the 3rd world answering service to advise I work during the day and to have them deliver after 5pm. The next day I received another Blank note. We had to go to the facility to pick it up. Brianna at the local facility said the driver was coming back and after over 2 hours he was there while we were at the facility. John at the facility said there was no apt number on the package. It's listed TWICE. Now I understand why the Useless Parcel Service gets bad reviews.

Absolutely horrible customer service from supervisor Josh.Delivery driver has reduced to drive down my dirt road. Road is graded smooth. No hills, no sugar sand nothing to get stuck or damage a vehicle. Ups cooperate says there is no reason why drivers can’t deliver to my house. But every time I get a delivery it is held at the customer center. When I went to speak to a supervisor this guy josh proceeded to argue with me. He was very unprofessional and rude. They never accept phone calls at this location on the local number. You get a constant busy signal every day all day. This supervisor josh is the epitome of incompetence. Cooperate ups doesn’t care. When I called them they said a supervisor would contact me within 24hrs. That never happened.
