The owner is always helpful and very friendly, I see him take carts and help people in the parking lot load and unload vehicles with returns or packages. He is the only UPS store that has ever given me a return label.

Wife sent shoes back and they denied receipt. Wife lost slip but Store recovered packing number and their receipt of the shoes. Great place good records and excellent service Always use them as they are the best

Terrible customer service.Representative named Andy needs to be remove from the counter and from his role as a customer service representative.He is not representing UPS customers service values.Just because of a label that I didn't knew that it needed to be printed..He needs to cooperate more with customers.I left Andy'sUPS store went to a different store with the same situation and I received an A Plus customer service treatment and my item was received and sent.

This location is helpful for all shipping, mail, and notary needs. Look out for Andy specifically if he’s working there. He is very professional, polite, and helpful.

Don't go to this location on Saturdays- it's run by rude teenagers. I went to drop off an Amazon package and didn't realize I needed to print out the label before-hand (or bring box) because Amazon usually uses a QR code with no box needed. The kid at the counter told me I could pay $2.50 to print out the label and buy a shipping box. I realized I had the box in my car so I went and got it. I went back inside and asked him if he could just print the label out for me (he said yes) so I emailed it to the store. He printed the label out and asked me for the $2.50. He got upset very quickly when I thought he was printing it out of kindness and in an aggressive (yes, aggressive) tone told me: YOU NEED TO PAY THE $2.5O YOU MUST NOT HAVE PAID ATTENTION THE FIRST TIME I TOLD YOU- smashed the return label in his hands and threw it away. Why would I pay $2.50 if I just went and got the box and Amazon would physically mail me a label for 1$? If there weren't other customers in the store who heard everything, I would have let him know how unprofessional that was.. in my own tone. But I decided to take it to yelp instead. Sorry my misunderstanding made you so upset. Next time, control your temper or get another job.

I have a private PO Box at this location. I ask only I receive my packages. Twice now when my wife has went in to drop off a ups package they give her my packages. Can't trust these guys.

They weren’t busy so it was fast. The price to ship a package is out of control. Amazon ships for free and we pay 5x fair value.
