I bought a Invicta about 2 months ago and I sit on the back of the watch that it was water resistant up to 200 m so I keep it on on the pool thinking I was going to be right the next time you see . It had water inside. So I went back to the place that I bought it and the guy was saying that he never sold it to me and M I even shown my bank statement where the receipt shows and he still saying that the hiting cello to me so I’ll tell him you can either give me a new watch or or give me a big discount on a new watch because you know I had it for like only two months and we can even do nothing about the warranty and saying that everything is my fault so after I told him that I only want anything for him because the first part of that he gave me it was like fake he tried to sell me another watch but we note like $20 discount. What is that? With a Watch the colse all we’re almost $200 after I told him that I didn’t wanna buy anything so you can keep the watch. He threw the watch at me.

Man I was a loyal customer here and you guys just let me down big time. I should’ve gone with my gut on how the guy can be so negotiable but I’m never coming here again. I stopped by last week and saw a pendant I liked. I asked the one guy and he said 300. I told him I had another pendant that I bought there and if it was possible for me to bring that in and maybe get some credit towards it. The guy said yea sure bring it in. Today I bring it and the other dude is there, I show him my pendant and the one I liked and he turned around and said okay my friend, 450 for you and I keep your pendant. I expressed my concerns but wasn’t interested in his excuses. This place is clearly a hoax ran by scam artists. I grabbed my items and left. These people aren’t honest. There’s a reason why their sticker price might say 5k but today they can do 50% off. It’s all a lie. You guys lost all my trust. Highly advise to stay away from this place.Update*They came back with some lame response on the weight this and his schedule that. Don’t be fooled. Mr. owner has done me no favors and I personally wouldn’t shop here. Believe me when I tell you. I even took the items I had bought here to my new jewler and he confirmed I overpaid. Luckily, not this time. Very glad I walked away from this hoax.P.S. The pendant I wanted to purchase was 450 (300 the first time but okay no problem) and possibly a bracelet. The items I wanted to exchange towards that pendant and possible bracelet in credits were the following; one chain (I purchased it there for 700 plus tax) one bracelet (I purchased it there for 300 plus tax) and one pendant that I also purchased there for 200 plus tax. You rejected the chain and bracelet and said I can’t take those (that made me super suspicious by the way because I had literally just bought them a few weeks back) and then you wanted the pendant I had just paid over two hundred dollars for, plus another 450 for the pendant I want. That’s crazy. There’s no excuse and your response honestly didn’t cut it for me. Just think about it, would a person really take the time to check your response and edit their review for absolutely no reason. No! You tried me and now the world knows.

Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Absolutely worth it. I've been to places like Tiffany & Co., Zales, and Kay Jewelers - none of them got my attention until I went here. When it comes to their ring selections, all of them are unique and you can tell you're not gonna find another copy from someone else's hand. Also the prices are reasonable. I was very specific what I wanted - White Gold, Aquamarine or Blue Topaz, and a genuine gemstone (Natural or Lab Created) The 2 men working here are very friendly, and are knowledgeable.

I went to unique gold and silver at the Mall to buy a watch , and the attention was exelent really happy with my watch good quality the salesmen is nice and he knows his business , I will definitely buy more from him and refer all my friend good job thank you.

Very great place to buy jewelry!! Unique Gold and Silver at the Naples mall is a awesome well educated business to purchase jewelry. I've purchased gold rings, necklaces, bracelets from jewelry stores in malls all over the country. I've always had a great experience, but I give Muhamad the Trophy for being the best and well priced jeweler in the U.S. He has very unique jewelry that you will not see another person wearing!!

I went to the Coastland Center Mall in Naples, FL to find something for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. Things weren't looking so good as I noticed that 2 major jewelry stores had shut down. Just as I was planning to leave, I see this kiosk near the food court called "Unique Gold & Silver" and decide to see what they had. Lemme tell you, his selection and quality were second to none!! This ain't no Piercing Pagoda, this was real deal stuff. 10k,14k...etc. Needless to say, I got my wife the perfect necklace at a reasonable price. She loves it!!! I was so impressed with the service as well. I had no idea what to get my wife but the guy who helped me, clearly knows his stuff and more or less can tell you what to get a person just based on little tidbits of info about that person. It's pretty amazing actually but he's clearly been doing this for a while based on his knowledge of jewelry.
