DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE.got my iphone screen replaced in the beginning of august and was forced to pay BEFORE the repair. After the repair i had no back camera or flashlight.Fast forward not even 2 months later my phone is having the same screen issue. I took the device to another location and they let me know how much of a poor job was done the first time.I called this location again and was met with more rude customer service.I dont normally write reviews but this is upsetting!!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fixing their Samsung device. I have a Galaxy A42 that I brought in that needed a screen replacement, this phone is an older model but because I have gotten this phone as a gift and it was a upgrade from my S9 that had a battery that was dying quicky, so the A42 I love it and I decided to keep it instead of getting the latest phone, I came in and the first person I greet is David and then Nong. Let me tell you... they are AMAZING people that have AMAZING customer service and are as friendly as a mom and pop shop, they took my phone, told me the price of $179.99 which is just amazing and I was able to get it fixed in about 2 hours. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process because they told me that they go through a full incoming and outgoing quality test, and also everyoje reading this, this is a Samsung certified place that uses genuine OEM parts so I know I got my A42 fixed with a proper original manufacturer screen. David and Nong are THE BEST people around in the business and anyone that needs their phone fixed even just a iPhone repair needs to come here. I myself will come back here for any future repairs needed. Thanks David and Nong yet again!!!!!!

David fixed my Kyrocera rugged smartphone phone battery yesterday, the phone before the repair I had done yesterday wouldn't last long at all but from yesterday upon giving back to me it was at 79%, the phone is now at 11% and I didn't even have to charge it since yesterday. I don't use my phone a lot but this is amazing nonetheless. Thanks David again!!!!!

No proper information. Far beyond off fixing issues plus causing more trouble. The person accused me the steal my own phone. I havent seen such a incapability in my entire life. I had an conference call all day this guys are such a failure. I explained i cannot leave my phone today i can come back another day the guy David F. Told me i cannot leave the store. He litterally tried to catch me while i was trying to have some privicy to talk my manager. He says i have to option meanwhile he wasnt listening he was so badly wantjng my phone. I told him take the new screen and put back my old screen so i can come back later. The guy tried to pull off my OWN Phone from my hand and told me i cannot leave! I couldnt even had a time to inform my clients my boss. This is insane. They even say sorry to another customer on my behalf. They didnt took off the screen by the way. They kept my phone for 5 hours for nothing! They says they`ll call me which they didn`t. I put my phone to on maintenance mode they insist to take my password so as you can understand they can reach my whole data. My bank accounts, email adress my entire life. When i received it was not in a maintenance mode. As you can image i had to call all customers to be called that day. Do not buy Samsung or come this place.

Took iPhone (keyboard was completely nonfunctional) David replaced screen in a few hours. Phone looked new, worked great and price was reasonable

Eddie does an amazing job! Don't listen to these negative reviews they do not understand the stress and process involved in this business especially when he is the only worker fixing the phones and managing the customers coming in at the same time. I watched it first hand waiting for my phone to be fixed. I showed up earlier than what the given fix time would be done and I see why it takes so long. I sat there for 15 minutes and 4 other customers came in to get their phones fixed. I was told I was around the 20th customer for the day and I still don't understand how he could manage all the work he does!

Today my wife and I went in to get our iPad glass replace. This so-called business partner by the name of Eddie G. Was the most unprofessional customer service he could ever have to be threatening with cameras in the back are where they repair devices. I walked to the back since there was nobody in the front to attend customers and he went ballistic that I wasn’t allowed to go back there when they Don’t even have a sign not to go back in the work area MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT ARE THEY HIDING for him to act like that. Be careful with this little bearded midget! He may be stealing your information from your device! He looked very guilty about something. My wife paid $172.00 to get the glass replaced and it was a bad experience!!’ I should have purchased a new one and would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

nasty employee or co-owner mr. eddie g. at Naples 9th. Street repair Shop. rude and obnoxious To customers and extremely concerned people walking into his work area and it makes me wonder why? put a sign up so people don't walk in where you are working on customers equipment and who knows what information you are getting from my device.Further more Mr. Eddie G. you need to stop texting my wife and harassing her when she doesn't have nothing to do with this it's only your bad attitude and stop hiding all the bad reviews.
