I like this location For my Uhaul needs. The people are friendly and the location is clean. I have used it a couple times, and both times I had great experiences.

Original reservation for 8am, they called the day before and said they don’t open until 9am, pushed it back, was delayed by 1 hour in getting to store due to having to adjust plans around move, and they cancels reservation. No phone call, just gave truck away and glad no others. Terrible customer service, poor experience. If you’re going to use U-Haul go through another location.

Been here a few times to rent a truck. They overcharged me on two different occasions. This past time when I pointed out the error, the employee handling my reservation said he'd correct it and I'd see the refund on my card. That didn't happen all day, so when I returned the truck I told him it still needed to be fixed. He said again he would correct it but he never did. I was never refunded. I emailed Uhaul customer service and no help from them either. The employees here are not honest. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you have another location you can use.

The owner changed our reservation on the day of (despite making it in advance and confirming prior). When we tried to work with her she shouted profanity at us and told us the 4 hour window that she initially promised (despite us booking a whole day) was no longer available because she didn’t want to offer it to us. We tried to reason with her to no avail. She seems a bit unhinged and certainly unprofessional. I’m surprised U-Haul still wants to do Buisness with the likes of this person… she certainly is a bad representation of what is otherwise a great national brand. I would not go here due to lack of professionalism and poor service. Positive note: U haul corporate did an AMAZING job at helping us out and correcting her mistake and took accountability to find a solution. They said this is not the first time they’ve had to deal with complaints like this from her Customers. I would go anywhere else but not here if you can avoid it.

Was told by Uhaul that we could drop off at this location after hours. Got there 10 minutes after close and an employee told us we couldn’t drop it off and had to drive 30 minutes across town. Extremely rude to deal with.

Terrible service. Difficult to find- no Uhaul signage and no packing paper- packing blankets, etc.Jessica was extremely rude!Uhaul should not use secondary businesses to sell their product!

Order manipulation going on. Drove over an hr to pickup with reservation in hand. They claimed I made for different day but got to see their system screen and proved someone there changed the reservation date after I booked it. No notice. Bad business.
