Rooms need repairs. Shower floor cracked and stuff came up the drain hole when showering. A/C unit would not go lower than 72, making the room warm at nights. Staff seemed annoyed with us cause we had to switch rooms due to cleanliness so did not mention the a/c or bathroom issue in new room. Close access to beach and dining, cheap rooms, good to stay for 1-2nights.

The hotel was in a very good location. Close to restaurants, shops, and beach. You could walk to the beach, but a short drive maybe better. The lady at the front desk in the morning was friendly. The guy in the evening was not so and very slow. Had to wait in line to check in a very long time. There is no breakfast really. The muffins were old, the fruit was not good. This just left you with a granola bar and warm drink ( and I don't mean coffee or tea). The rooms are tiny and the atmosphere was very noisy. The pool was crowded and there was no hot tub to relax in. Majority of the places in this area are opened up. The restaurant with the hotel is vacant and is an eyesore.

This hotel is so Amazing! We had such a surprise to see the small hotel, have owners that are so proud of their property. First impressions say it all. Two nice gentlemen at the desk, with such very well pleasant disposition, that said it all. And, then the room... so nice a fresh... so beautifully decorated, simple and super clean. And the bed sheets, so soft and brand new. The small refrigerator has a separate freezer, is refrigerator and freezer separate. Nice accomodations, very excellent service. Breakfast was so Amazing! they have a very well presented front desk area table, with bags, and all types of self-wrapped pastries, apples, oranges, and small bottles of fresh orange juice, branded. Then on another table they have the coffee supplies, so that you can get them, and use in your small coffee maker in the room. They provide the coffee in the room, and tea. I cannot say enough about this place, but it was a GEM find. Very nicely trim garden, and everything super clean the parking lot, freshly paved... everything is perfect. The rates are very competitive. And, the beach... Lowdermilk Beach, is just down the road, less than one mile, just make a left in the corner, it will take you to a beautiful beach. Also, discovered the next day, a beautiful GEM, Clam Pass Park, just a few blocks North, worth the while to visit this park. It has a Self Park area, and an entrance Fee to spend the day. You may take your beach chairs, coolers etc. They have a boardwalk that is long, but the Park provides an electric Tram to take you to the beach. At the Beach look out for the Clam Pass, is an opening to the beach, and the water of the ocean goes in and out as the beach wave rises or goes. This becomes a super Nice "Lacy River Ride" do not miss out.... EXCELLENT STAY> Thank you Wally and Greg. Thank you for being so proud of your property. It shows...

The rooms were under utilized. The closet was bigger than the bathroom. I had enough room to shut the door in the bathroom while I had to stand in the shower. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The room was in a non smoking section yet the rooms were filled with a cigarette smell. The walls were paper thin and the adjoining rooms were loud and obnoxious. The “free breakfast” was a joke. It was a paper bag filled with warm juice, a hard pastry and granola. You also had to take it back to your room. Parking was a mess. For the price they are listing it as you’re better off somewhere else. I highly would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
