“I was having an issue that was told by another shop it was a transmission problem. The other shop didn't want to be bothered with it. I spoke with the owner Ed, describing the problem, and he was vert concise as to what it might be. It was towed there and repaired in a day, it was a filter but he gave me a honest assessment of the transmission also. Good price and great work.”
“Where do I start! I am a single mom of two I went to get in my car Monday morning and it would not start! I tried to jump it and it still would not start my neighbor came over and suggest Roland's I gave them a call I spoke with Alex and immediately he worked with me and helped me out in every way possible. They had my car for about four days and Alex took the time to thoroughly go through all off the possibilities as to why my car would not start. Once Alex and Roland found out why my car would not start the problem was fixed within a couple hours! Being a single woman it is scary to have your car worked on because some places try to take advantage and make as much money as possible. “My 2016 Range Rover had been leaking gas for weeks… ( Sorry Naples.. lol ) The guys at Euro Tech of Naples were honest and helpful. They found the gas leak coming from the fuel pump so they ordered a new one then replaced it. My check engine light turned off and my garage doesn’t smell like gas anymore! I’m happy with the overall experience. They charged me for 4 hours of labor which is fair. Thanks again guys ??”

“Best Vavoline I've ever been to. Everyone was courtious and working together. The young employee that was my coustomer service rep was clear and consise. Even though he was learning the Manager helped him out as a trainer vs. a manager talking down to his employee. All the other bays were also being worked in-sync. ( nothing to do but look around) I had my Oil as well as my Transmission serviced and my drive home was like driving a new car. I will now ensure that I use and tell others about this Valvoline from now on. !!”
