Town and Country Animal Hospital is a great find for animal lovers. The office is clean, the staff is kind and efficient and Dr. Jane is amazing. She combines genuine warmth with the professional wisdom that make a her a terrific vet.

We were told about this vet by a family member, and they really surpassed our ur expectations. The staff is so friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they take the time to fully & thoroughly answer as many questions as you have. We are so happy with the treatment our dog receives here and it feels great knowing we can trust the staff to take great care of our animals! Definitely recommend.

I have been a vet tech for 26 years. I'm the history of these counties. I even work at my own vet. Love my Dr's and co-workers. However my vet lacked the experience and skills to get done what my pup needed.
Dr Craver and Staff were Great!!! All nice and compassionate.
Dr. Craver smart, intelligent and a good surgeon!! ???
It's nice also not to get turfured off to the speciality clinics and pay their high prices.
I will be making more future visits and recommending Town and Country

AVOID!
My cat Died from a rabies vaccine and these people refuse treatment Unless they can jab your pet. Collier county has had Zero cases of domestic rabies so Zero Vaccines for my pets! COVID vac killed people so wake up!

I am very disappointed, because this Vet is a reproductive Vet, and wanted her to be my Vet, I feel I must share that if anyone needs health certificates for their puppies DO NOT GO HERE! I am a responsible breeder of 40 years. I know how things work. They kept me there 2 1/2 hours while they decided finally they could not do health certificates, if a dog is not yet placed. I am licensed , and was fined by Animal Control, because Dr Carver did not do her job. The Animal Control Officers said they had never heard of such a thing...local VETS DO GIVE health certificates for pups that have not yet been placed. All the time! They charged a ridiculous amount of $, for something I could not use. Her writing was illegible, for my puppy families to read. I was FINED for their MISTAKE! Its such a shame...I REALLY wanted this to work. Red flags, desk staff rude in the past...seemed really unhappy. I kept going because I WAS TRYING. She made a mistake and would NOT OWN IT. SAD but true.

Wonderful doctors, very friendly and professional staff, 100% communication, the next day the doctor called to find out how my dog was recovering, I have visited many clinics and it was never like that, 100% recommended, attention, affordable prices and above all communication and Super good attention from everyone, thanks to the clinic staff.?

I take my neighbor here to see both vets, Carver and "Chet." Aside from way over-prescribing meds, Dr. Carver is nice enough and kind to her dog. The front office staff is courteous as well; however, my advice is to avoid Dr. Chet. She is incredibly rude and dismissive. This is NOT the way to treat nice and paying(!) customers. She needs a new attitude when dealing with the paying public.

We live in Michigan and spend our winters in Naples, Florida. We prefer to take our 3 year old Labrador Retriever to Town and Country Animal Hospital for her yearly vaccines and examination. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. I trust the Veterinarian's at TCAH. The staff are courteous , helpful and nice. I give them an A+

We are visiting Naples on vacation. I was thrilled with how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. The staff was friendly, efficient and we were very pleased with our appointment, the care our kitty received, and the recommendations made. I highly recommend Town and Country Animal Hospital.

I have been seeing Dr. Jane and Dr. Carver for many years. We recently hade to send a very loved family cat to the rainbow bridge ? They made a difference in a very difficult time. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. Highly recommended. A++++

Town and Country always has been our vet. The staff and Dr Jane are so helpful in treating my Venus. Very patient and understanding my concern for my dog. They always find the issue with my dog and treat her accordingly.

Brought our 3 pets in for grooming which should have coat $180. One of needed a shot, which we expected to cost more. By the time all was said and done, our bill was in excess of $480 without our approval or being told before any services were provided.I would suggest you get an explanation of charges prior to dropping your pet off at their facility.

I went here based on the good reviews and should’ve turned around when I first saw the place. Not clean and in a bad area. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Got my dogs nails trimmed and they made her bleed on 4 nails. She also had teeth cleaned (which was a huge stretch of faith) the doctor called me and very clearly said she needed to pull two teeth. After picking her up, the doctor had pulled three teeth. Without telling me. She also was having an issue with eye allergies. The doctor gave her some medicine that didn’t even work. Had to switch over to a different veT and pay over $100 to revisit and fix her eye issue that this place didn’t. I can’t believe all the positive reviews on this place.

The staff at Town & Country are the greatest and most professional, and both Dr. Carver and Dr. Jane have the best rapport with the animals, treating them as they would their own. The facility is amazing! What a delightful visit we have when we go to see the family at Town & Country!
