Enterprise Rental and had a vehicle break down on me after driving to Marco Island from San Antonio. Rick Grimstead from A TO Z Towing and Recovery came to pick up the dead vehicle I rented. He contacted me and informed me to the minute when he would arrive. He was totally professional and was one of the nicest individuals I ever met in his difficult profession. I inadvertently left some materials in the towed vehicle and he was more than happy to track them down for me. “Where do I start! I am a single mom of two I went to get in my car Monday morning and it would not start! I tried to jump it and it still would not start my neighbor came over and suggest Roland's I gave them a call I spoke with Alex and immediately he worked with me and helped me out in every way possible. They had my car for about four days and Alex took the time to thoroughly go through all off the possibilities as to why my car would not start. Once Alex and Roland found out why my car would not start the problem was fixed within a couple hours! Being a single woman it is scary to have your car worked on because some places try to take advantage and make as much money as possible. “I went to this shop to upgrade the tires, wheels and suspension on my 21 Tacoma TRD OR. I am giving this establishment a 2 star review due to the following. I was sold on the idea my truck would have minor rubbing with the tire and suspension I selected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It was a bit unsettling that the rubbing was so bad that I had to modify it much more than what was anticipating. I did not have them do these modification as they wanted to charge me much more for this work. I ended up going elsewhere for the a 3rd of the cost. It is also worth mentioning that this shop highly promotes ICON products. As such, I had this shop install the ICON RX leaf suspension. To my surprise I was shown these guys installed them backwards. The military wrap should be facing the front in, not the back (see photos for proof). For the amount of money I paid in labor, I expected better installation. The last thing I will note is that the customer services was great. They answered my questions and communicated well. These guys most likely would have fixed the leaf suspension if I brought it up to them, but the fact I had to go elsewhere for someone to point it out was embarrassing. Especially for the amount of money I paid.

It should be noted that any company/ business that makes this type of effort should be highly considered when acquiring their services.”

“My 1976 Datsun 280z which has been in the family all its life, had some dents in air in take cowell and some deep scratches in fuel tank door. The paint is over 30 years old. They took the two pieces and matched the color and repainted to look like new. They were done in two days. I was very impressed with the quick, friendly service by Randy, Julie and Victor.Thanks!?”

“I've had my Hyundai Azera fixed here on several occasions and they did a phenomenal job in getting the parts in a timely manner and my car back up and running. They do a great job of communicating the issues of the vehicle and offer very transparent pricing for parts and labor. I truly appreciate this repair shop! “Last week my vehicle encountered a flat tire, and I was able to get it off the road into an abandoned parking lot. I called AAA for a flatbed to tow the vehicle to our local dealership. After many broken promises that I was next by their tow truck service provider, and over 4 hours later, I was informed by AAA that the service provider's driver had ended their shift and had no more drivers! It was now after midnight. AAA now had the audacity to ask me if I could get a ride home and they would try again in the morning! I begged AAA to call someone else as I was not in a safe area and had already called 911 once that evening due to suspicious activity surrounding my vehicle while waiting for my tow. I am so thankful that the owner of United States Transport Towing & Recovery answered their call at that late hour. He called me immediately to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly thereafter. After that harrowing experience there is no doubt that I will contact United States Transport DIRECTLY in the future and tell all my friends!”

I needed to order 2 tires and I was told the tires would be delivered that afternoon. (I was told by the Naples Mazda dealership that they were unable to get the same tires and those that they could get wouldn't arrive until Thursday.) Well, Randy Springfield, the service manager, came through for me as promised. I was checked out by Michael Davis, one of the service advisors. He was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. And so was the technician, JD Isador. I highly recommend this business. I'm grateful they're only a few miles from my home because with all the construction going on here in Naples, I'm sure I'll return with another nail, hopefully in a place where the tire can be repaired!”

“I got a flat tire driving up 41 and was pretty much stuck considering that I did not have a spare available. GEICO sent George & Sons Towing through roadside assistance. They got to me in less than 20 minutes. My car is rear wheel drive and low to the ground, so they brought a truck with a flatbed so I didn't have to worry about any damage. I did not get the gentleman's name, but he was very kind, easy going and patient with me. I'm very grateful that I had such a wonderful experience because I hadn't been so lucky in the past with other towing companies.
