Today, me and my daughter walked into the store, and there were several sales reps standing around, doing nothing, and no one acknowledged us when we walked in. We walked to the back and started picking up merchandise. That’s when someone walked up to us and said, can they help us. We will not be returning because they made the shopping experience unpleasant and we felt very uncomfortable and unwanted in the store.

Well, this will be the last time I ever make a purchase at a Tory Burch store specifically this one they have a 30 day return exchange policy turns out my millers ripped and busted has not even been a year yet and I called customer service. No one can help because the shoe was bought inside of the store and not online!!

Bought some sandals online and got the wrong size and came here to swap them out and the lady Gabriella who helped us out was great! She made sure we had exactly what my wife wanted before we left. Thanks for all your help.

The store is in a great location and good selection however the associates do not greet you or care to offer any assistance. While in there this past Sunday another customer also noticed and walked out saying oh nobody is going to say hi hello ok I’m leaving and proceeded to walk out. Maybe if there was a little effort and better greeting customers may want to shop there. I love Tory Burch and this is the first time I’ve been to this location and hope if I ever do come back it will be a better experience.

Horrible business model and sneaky tactics, treated a customer with disrespect speaking behind their back in a group huddled together and letting people know about the personal issues a client is having with a locked card yet the same client was able to pay the full price for the item with a card which is unlocked and working perfectly fine. The internet is horrible inside the store so it is difficult to log into any banking apps while you are inside the store, but I didn't have the issue like the client ahead of me had but I could've seen online that the same shoes I got at full price I could've saved 15% online if I had the option of being able to log into the website, but all signal is lost in the store.

I’ve always had a good experience in this store; the staff are very friendly. They just reopened in a larger space and it’s beautiful and spacious. Louise helped me today she remembered me from my bag and was super helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

Visited the store and asked to purchase a black tote based on the floor model. The associate wrapped up one from the back, "so I didn't have to buy the floor model." When I arrived home, the purse was navy. I called and spoke to a very rude associate who noted they had been out of the black for awhile. The associate that sold me the purse was either too lazy to confirm the correct color or just wanted to make a sale. They asked me to drive back and exchange it (even though they don't have my color).

I went to Tory Burch for my first time because my friend loves the brand. I do not know if it is the area in which the store is located in, but I felt unwelcome and discriminated against. Not sure if it’s because I’m hispanic or that u was dressed in my leggings and maybe looked like I didn’t have the financial stance to be in the store. I looked around and no one even approached me to see if I needed help. Once I selected the sandals I wanted I sat trying them on and no came to me to see if I needed a different size or color. I felt very uneasy. At the end, the only hispanic employee thankfully came over and helped me. This was after about 5-7 minutes of just sitting there and mind you the other attendants were free. I felt very uncomfortable and not the best experience for my first time visiting a Tory Burch store and making my first purchase. I have never felt that way anywhere.

Horrible customer service! Aside from the fact that the employees be little you and make you fill an inch tall. I had purchased four pairs of shoes from TB online. The sneakers did not fit me and unfortunately this was the closest store. I went in to exchange my shoes and since they didn't have them I was offered the option to have them ordered for me. I said fine that works. I purchased the sneakers two weeks ago on sale and now was being charged full price. I don't understand why I am not being honored the price I payed if it's the same shoe, just a different size. Both the attendant that helped me and the manager Andrea were not the nicest. I left the store and contacted corporate. They told me they could honor the lower rate I originally payed. Don't understand the disconnect between corporate and the store. I will never go back to this store. Not a representation of the brand at all.
