“These guys really saved us! Highly recommended.We were passing through the area when we heard our sprinter van making some weird noises. It’s Saturday, we drove and called around to see if anyone can have a quick look and tell us what it could be and if it would be SAFE for us to drive to our destination which is 4 hours away.Every place we called/stopped by told us that they can’t even LOOK at the car until Monday, let alone fix whatever is wrong with it. We literally went down the list of automotive places nearby. We exhausted hours and things were looking bleak.We called the number to South Naples Automotive explained our situation and they told us to come in and they will look at it right away! Problem diagnosed within 30 minutes and they looked for the parts needed. There was none nearby but we were able to get it from Ft. Meyer’s. The mechanic offered to stay late to fix our van so we can get safely on the road again.They did an excellent job and was very reasonable. Honest quality work by friendly good people. If I lived here, I would take my cars to them.”

“These guys are great!!!! I had a good paying load that needed to be picked up ASAP. But when I went to go start my truck to warm it up, the truck didn’t want to start anymore. It would just crank and crank and crank. I called for them to come out around 2am and they got to me within the hour. They found my trucks fuel pump went out and also had a few small fuel leaks. They fixed my truck and got me back out on the road quick so I can keep making money. Thanks again guys!!!!”

“Let me start by saying I wasn't initially impressed with a different Kia dealership. My first experience was frustrating to say the least– agreed-upon price and interest rate which then was changed when I reached financing.
Frustrated, I called Airport Kia in Naples to see if they would be more helpful.
From the first interaction, Airport Kia was fantastic. Kathryn, who answered the phone, was incredibly helpful. I explained my situation (the bad experience elsewhere) and Kathryn immediately suggested I ask for Leonard, the sales manager. I was also able to get a head start by filling out some paperwork online, which saved some time at the dealership.
When I arrived, Leonard met me right away. He listened to my story and what I was looking for in a car. There were no games, no pressure tactics – just a genuine desire to understand my needs and offer a fair deal. It was clear he grasped the negative experience I had and wanted to rectify it. He presented an offer that was incredibly fair, eliminating the need for any haggling.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Justin Mullins, the sales associate who worked with me, also deserves a shoutout. He patiently explained everything, leaving me feeling confident and informed.
