The best insurance I’ve ever felt with while dealing with hard times, a new baby and when no one else would insure me even under my father being the owner of the vehicle Ted helped and by the grace of God his Insurance firm worked with us at a very reasonable price and made me feel like a productive member of society again to where I could drive on my own, take my new born son to the doctors weekly and so I could drive myself to work and be an independent woman again. Tracy if I’m not mistaken was an amazing part of this process as well. I appreciate all they did to help me and my father get through the process of getting and having insurance. I will recommend to anyone in need of insurance because of their caring, honest, and punctuality of getting back to you in a time of need or when you just have a simple question.

Unbelievable poor service. Took my money but then never got documents to State Farm to get the policy issued. Got a letter from State Farm saying no pictures, no completed application, and no inspection. Got a refund check from State Farm before Burkhardt's office could get anything done even though they assured me the issue was resolved. When asked to talk to Mr. Burkhardt I was told he was in only mornings and I have yet to receive a call. Recommendation: Use another agent!

Terrible follow up! I've been with Ted Burkhardt for about 18 yrs. Everytime I contact the agency it takes several calls to accomplish my task; if the agent is busy you leave a message and they never call back, so frustrating. Recently I purchased a new vehicle and need insurance coverage...its been 5 days and NO return call!

Always there to take you questions that need to be awnsered with everything. Just recently got in a accident on 75 and they told me the best place to take my vehicle to get it repaired. Great office to go to appreciate all the help from them.
