Very rude and not helpful at all. The owner said that he doesn’t need any more new customers, he has enough business. I won’t recommend this business.This is a clarification to the owner’s response:When I called, I initially spoke with a woman (whom at the end of my conversation with the owner I found out is his daughter). I never insulted her at all (this is a lie). When I described what I needed to her about my order, she couldn’t help me. Then, she passed the phone to the owner. I was expecting the owner to be more helpful. I talked to the owner for 6 minutes. At the end, he said that he won’t be able to take my order because there was a logo on the design that I wanted and that the minimum order is 12 shirts.I was surprised because when I spoke with his daughter in the beginning, I did ask about the minimum number of shirts and also I told her about my design.Finally, I believe that they should be more professional when answering the phone and they should not refuse to have more new customers.

I am SO happy to have found Teamworx. I needed some shirts printed up at the last minute for a family trip to Disney. Bob, Carly and the staff at Teamworx were able to send me proofs and have the shirts printed in just a few hours. Their service was outstanding! The quality of the print was terrific. The customer service was impeccable! I have already received a second order of custom shirts that came out awesome! I will definitely be using this company for all future printing needs. I highly recommend Teamworx!

Bob and his team are helpful & professional. We have had many different designs embroidered & screen-printed by Teamworx and every one has been top quality. They are understanding to specific needs and also understand urgency, which too few companies take into consideration these days. Although local, their prices are comparative to online pricing. Definitely would recommend Teamwork!

Did a great job for me... Had some shirts screen printed for my business and they came out great. Decently priced and no crazy minimum order for printing. Don't be like the person who ordered shirts they have never tried on. And then expect their money back when they don't fit. That will be your own fault. I brought my own shirts that I knew fit. You can't buy a house sight unseen and walk in and demand your money back when it's not what you wanted. Lol

Ordered shirts through them that turned out to not fit, so I asked if we could return the shirts and just pay the shipping difference and the manager refused and was very unreasonable and argued with me. Very unprofessional. Do not go there unless you already have the shirts you want to be embroidered, you will end up having to pay for shirts you can't even try on.
