Lousy food and poor pool facilities! Irrelevant and to be avoided. You better take your bike and lunch bag to the beach.

Run by an idiot! Poor service...raised dues but the shuttle to the beach doesn't run! When I complained he told me "if $1000 matters to you, you don't belong in this club". Don't do it...you will be sorry...too many members for the number of pool chairs and too few of staff!

When I first joined many years ago the club was beautiful. Now it’s very understaffed, the pool is disgustingly dirty all the time, the bathrooms are not cleaned enough and the tiki is rarely open. Servers used to come to the pool and around the pool asking if we wanted food or drinks…..that stopped. Now we have to search for servers and then wait up to an hour for food!The pool was never cleaned properly after the hurricane. It’s always cloudy.It’s gone totally downhill. I regret rejoining this year but definitely will not waste my money in the future.

It's a dump with poor service They let anyone in. Don't need to join just show up with credit card. Food is marginal. The pool is filled with people eating and drinking. A clear Healy code violation. Bathrooms are discussing. $15k to join and $5k per year for the pleasure of enjoying the above mentioned.

Service is terrible here. Trying to enjoy some drinks and food at the tiki but there is nobody here. Again. Generally there never seems to be enough staff at this place. Always some excuse for why but when it’s happening everyday then it seems like somebody would realize the plan is failing. Nope - they don’t. Or they don’t care. Especially hard to take when at the end the meal there’s a service charge of 20% plus included

If I could give zero stars, I would. This isn't a review of the club's facilities, but their management. I was going to rent a condo in Wiggan's Bay for the month of January. The rental agent gave me an application which unbeknownst to me was years old. I sent the application in with the $508.25 membership fee. I was contacted by the club manager by email that the price had gone up. When I realized the price was more than double what the rental agent had told me ( in addition to some shady circumstances with the condo property manager ) I canceled my rental. Unfortunately Tarpon Cove had cashed my check. In early November I started calling asking for a refund. 5 phone calls, I still have no check. I am beyond frustrated with this club. Renters beware!

Joined friends who live here, we thoroughly enjoyed the club,pool,and tiki bar. The amenities are top notch and the staff are especially helpful and all very pleasant. If simply looking for a self contained resort experience...one need look no further! An all around delightful community.
