Came in to transfer my two phones from AT&T to TMobile because I'm tired of the horrible service from AT&T. One salesperson was busy with a customer but the manager was just doing timesheets for his employees. Waited for 10 minutes while he was busy on the computer, then two more people walked in. He kept saying I'll be right with you, but then didn't do anything to help the customers standing in his store. Waited another 10 minutes and then just left disgusted with the lack of priority and service. If this is how TMobile treats real live customers then maybe I need to find a different service provider.

By far the best T-Mobile store in Naples! Oswaldo and Alex are amazing and the customer service is unmatched. They have a fantastic team with immaculate vibes!

I enjoy T-Mobile as a company some of the employees here are what made me give a one star I was simply in for a screen protector I waited over 30 min while watching employees scroll on their private cell phone ignoring customers . This is so infuriating when I could have been in and out in 5 min . Not even greeted or asked what I needed .

I am very disappointed in this T-Mobile, every time I come to look for a screen protector for my phone they always give me an excuse not to give it to me, it is my right to get one because it is paid for, if the girl is new I do need it to a manager I don't understand terrible customer service I don't come here anymore it's always something different

I recently switched to T-Mobile and selected a plan for 55+. As part of the promotion I wanted 2 Pixel 7 cell phones which would cost $0 if I stay for 2 years. However upon checkout the store manager and his associate said they only have 1 available. They said I could choose the S23 which would also cost 0$. Then there were all sorts of issues with them in setting up my account. When they finally did I reviewed my account a couple of days later and it showed that T-Mobile was charging $200/phone prorated over 24 months installments. I tried to get this resolved with no success. Instead they said if I would upgrade my plan the phones would then be free. Unbelievable! Buyer beware and stay away from this establishment.

So angry right now, I'm fuming . I was hooked on getting a phone under false pretense. Today I came in to get my portion of the phone paid off as was told to me by the employee ( who seems to have been letgo ) so I can get it unlocked, and I'm told something completely different. I tried to speak to the manager to get it sorted out and he had his employee say he was busy 3 times and couldn't see me. He finally makes a presence to listen in and when I tried to question him he ignored me and says talk to him he's capable in the most condescending manner. After paying $800 at the store towards the payment of my supposed device dues it's found that the situation was handled all wrong !!! They say woops that actually doesn't go towards the phone and you can't get your phone unlocked. I say I want that refunded since it is absolutely nothing like what we had discussed earlier. The employee says that can't be refunded because that goes towards the phone bill. The manager happy about my frustration says bye in the most mocking manner.I've been to plenty of Tmobiles, and they have been great, I've never been so passively aggressively attacked by someone providing a service like I did today by the Manager Daniel. This guy is a real piece of work. I was Obviously upset about the misinformation and irresponsibility on their end but all the manager did was escalate the situation to the point I'm calling T-Mobile on my end and leaving this review.If you see this Daniel guy run the other way. This guys made me want to cancel my Business account and take my 12 lines somewhere else. Seeing other reviews ALSO complaining about Daniel: it's evident that Daniel's very FLAWED, and inflated sense of self continues to be a point of conflict for this store, I don't understand his grandiose posture as he excibites no real attributes that should make him feel as though he's better than anyone else, but non the less he somehow feels he can treat customers in a demeaning, pompus, and rude manner. I wonder how much more business he's lost for T-Mobile, and other customers who he scared away, and just never came forward.Update: Spoke to customer service they were able to fix this managers incompetence. T-Mobile I recommend you better train this employee, as he is currently a very obvious Liability.

T-mobile should be proud to have employees like Dillon and Eric work for them. They exemplify what Customer Service is about. When I explained what I had been dealing they listened and then was able to assist. They were able to assist me in my issues and resolve them.Thank you so very much.You guys instilled a new trust in me.

Went into T-mobile looking for a better deal than with the original phone servicer provider I had. Dillon was able to help me switch over very smoothly, was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Better deal better service!

I went to this store after reading reviews. The reviews were dead on about eric. Absolutely fantastic! He is nothing but courteous, and professional. Stay away from the mall, go here instead. Eric, thank you so much for making it easy to get a new phone.

Daniel, the manager is very rude, he was even nasty with TMobil insurance representatives. You don't want to go to that place for sure. You pay for a service,you expected respect and quality.

I walked into T-Mobile and was met with two extremely friendly employees. Eric and Pierre had huge smiles on their faces and met me with very warm greetings. Eric is who ended up helping me. It was one of the greatest experiences I've had when getting helped with new phones. Eric was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and explained all my options with beautiful clarity. I feel extremely blessed Eric was there that day. If I ever need anything again, he'll be who I search for. I wouldn't want anyone else helping me or my family.
