Never have I met such an encouraging group of people. The culture that this gym has is outstanding!! Everyone is unbelievably helpful, and the owners are very educated in what they teach. The classes from day to day are so creative that I had no idea working out could be this fun! The music they play is also always on beat. Can't say enough wonderful things about the gym, clean, fun, and friendly atmosphere with the best workout of your life! Thank you!

Love love this gym and the Sweat Fit family. I joined in November 2022 and it has been the best decision I’ve made. The workouts are amazing and you definitely get results. Melissa and Amanda are absolutely great. I get to start my morning with a motivating group of people that always make me laugh. They hold you accountable to show up! Sweat Fit is an amazing place to work out, get healthy, be challenged and become part of a fitness family! I have been a member since April 2022 and would highly recommend to anyone looking to feel better and get in shape. Amanda and Melissa are great trainers who motivate and push each and every one of us to do our best! The workouts are always changing so you won’t get bored.The Sweat Fit family is such a huge part of this gym as well. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming to everyone who joins. We sweat, laugh and cry a little together everyday. We also push each other on days when you are tired and don’t want to do that extra rep or a little extra weight…

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!If you are reading the review it is a sign that you need to go check out this gym! The trainers Melissa and Amanda are welcoming to everyone and encouraging throughout each workout. I really mean that. I have been to many gyms in my life and this one has figured it out. I feel accepted and welcomed whenever I have stepped foot in the gym. I look forward to getting up for a 9am or 10am saturday workout. (I mean if that doesn't say something - like hello, what gym makes you excited to get up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning after a long work week!?) This is a group HIIT workout gym where they have a set schedule of their classes Monday through Saturday. I have tried out many different group fitness style gyms and this one is the best by far. I love how they explain all of the exercises prior to starting, but they also check on everyone to make sure that you are doing the movement correctly. I think this is HUGE in maintaining a great workout and preventing injury. This gym is phenomenal and you can see how they've really built a strong community. Sign up for a free trial week of classes and see for yourself. It is a gym that values its members and is super welcoming to new comers! I've been going to classes as often as I can for a year now, so I'm confident in saying how wonderful this place is. The workouts are always different and target so many muscle groups that can easily be forgotten about when working out at traditional gyms on machines. Amanda and Melissa are great at explaining and demonstrating the workouts. They can also simplify or intensify each workout depending on your abilities which makes it a great workout now matter what your skill level is. Do yourself a favor and go do a workout at sweat fitness. It's 2022, new year, new gym, new you.

Let's face it. Getting fit and in shape is no walk in the park. But If you choose SweatFit as your workout place, your "walk" might just get easier.Extremely supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable trainers. Great, welcoming members. It doesn't matter if you are a "gym rat" or a newbie, this is a place for all fitness levels. If you want to "level up", Amanda and Melissa will help you push your personal limits!! But if you are nervous and just starting and have an injury - they will show you mods and lower impact exercises. You owe it to yourself to give this place a try.

I can't even imagine myself at any other workout place. These trainers push you both mentally and physically while throwing in a couple laughs in between burpees. love love love this place that I like to call a second home !

Studio Sweat is the place to go for a great workout. The trainers are energetic and know what they are talking about. Each day is a great new mash up of exercises and the environment is electric. You can tell they have really taken the time to build a community that is focused on fitness and fun. Would highly recommend to people of all ability levels.

Studio Sweat is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) gym that specializes in workouts that are short but highly effective. Having done mostly traditional gym routines (i.e. lifting weights, machines and cardio), I was hesitant to start HIIT. Amanda and Melissa are welcoming and understanding. I've never done most of the movements, but over the short time that I have trained with them I was able to get comfortable with them. Honestly, I was so intimidated by the workouts but quickly found myself doing them (to my disbelief). The workouts build confidence and I feel stronger than ever. This gym is amazing, stick with it and stay until the end. You'll be hooked! You're done in 45 minutes and feel awesome. Good things come to those who sweat... So very true!

During a trip to the park with the kids I attempted the monkey bars. To my dismay I was unable to swing across even one bar. I knew then that I wanted to better myself and strengthen my muscles. Having never set foot in a gym before, I did not know where to start. I decided to try out Studio Sweat's free Saturday workout. I am so glad I did. Amanda and Melissa are amazing. They are always upbeat, encouraging, and supportive. I now work out with them regularly. Thanks to them I have toned my body, built muscles, and can do the monkey bars.
