Marisa is by far the most dedicated and hardest working Licensed Loan Originator in Naples and the greater SWFL area! My particular needs were very complex and time consuming for Marisa and all other parties involved. Easy to get ahold of by phone. Main office is located on 41 just south of Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples. Takes the time to explain every step of the process. 3rd time using their services. All excellent.

This was a horrible experience.
Relentless caller. She has NO respect for other people time. She continuously interrupted me when I tried to speak. She called when I was at work, I just wanted to answer quickly to let her know that I would be calling her back when I would be done and she wouldn’t get off the phone, complete disregard for other people’s time and attention.
She made several conflicting statements, which made me very leery. After a few interactions, I noticed sings indicators of deception.
In order to I get me to use her services she told me that she worked for my boss, when I asked who, she could’t come up with a name.
Maybe she is good at her job enough to make a comfortable living in North Naples, but as far as a the individual goes she didn’t strike me as being an individual of good moral character.
She is in a hurry to make her commission check, that’s all I could experience.
??♀️ I’m taking the time to write this review, so maybe it can save someone else from the hassle of dealing with her.

From before we found our dream home, she was always available to answer any and all our questions and that was always the case even after closing! She helped us prepare before we even found the home, so that when we located our dream home, we were ready to quickly make a strong offer, and confidently knew that we could close the transaction easily with her help. From the moment our offer was accepted, she worked tirelessly and relentlessly to make sure she did everything in her power to push our mortgage application to completion quickly and efficiently.
