Peopled by incompetents who fail to do what they promise. Every time I deal with them, it is hard to reach a real person and when you do they are ill informed and unable to help. They promise an issue is resolved, but then it is not. I am currently pursuing an issue with the Consumer Affairs Bureau.

I have over 3400.00 in my account . Every week my card is being blocked because I use it at Walmart. Now today my whole account was blocked totally because I used the card on July 4 2023.Now they're saying it'll take 2 or 3 days for me to get my money back I'm sitting here at the bank I've called nine-one-one cuz they are legally stealing my money again.. people please do not do business with this bank company! you value your money you value your time .. and if you value your life savings do not do any business with truist bank company. They always have excuses and it's always the clients fault. Then I called nine-one-one to get a deputy here waited 35 minutes deputy or police officer never showed up?!then I found out the manager had called to cancel 911

If I need to use the safe deposit box it takes at least 20 minutes just to get to it,as if the teller is busy you have to wait.

When I went the other day for an officer Bank statement to bring my brother over, I was told by a middle aged Mexican / American man that the paper I was requesting ( a simple statement with three requirements) was not able to be processed quickly and that it took four to five weeks because it had to be sent out to immigration (a total lie on his part, it’s a simple bank statement that takes at most a day) instead, I went to a different Truist and received the required statement in about a day. No questions asked. So, why was this man who’s supposed to help me lying to me about the whole process? Why was he trying to get me to not do the statement? Because he doesn’t want to do his job, that’s why. The application I needed it for has a deadline of four weeks, how unfortunate it would have been if I hadn’t gotten my statement the intended date and had listened to that man. The manager tried apologizing to me, but I will say, do not go to this Truist, go to another one. If you want to get the papers you want, go to another one and don’t waste your time here, they will just lie to you to try and not do the work. If you are Spanish, Cuban, Haitian, nicaraguan and Venezuelan or anything else that is not a Mexican don’t come to this branch you will be discriminated and lie to

They have the slowest lines at their drive thru. Tellers are very nice its just the wait time is horrible. Slowest bank I've ever been to.

Well, I guess they are starting to get a handle on it; no glitches this week!Was Suntrust for many years, recently merged with another bank. Since then every time I go to pay my account they have a problem trying to determine what kind of account it is even though I have the invoice attached. Where are all the experienced people?

I go to the bank 1 time per week just to make a deposit. But they are so nice in there that I switched to do all my deposits. The other one I was going to was ok but did not make me feel like they wanted me there. It was annoying. I stopped here at Pebblebrook because it was closer even though it's not perfect to get out of. And decided they deserved the business even if the getting out of there is not perfect. Thanks

I live in Golden gate and this was the closest. The ATM wouldn't accept my card. This isn't my first bad experience with suntrust. I plan to switch to 5/3rd bank.

I don’t have words to explain how frustrated I am. I really want to close my account with them today, but I have the baby with me, after they make me wait for more then 20 min in my car because my debit card and my license didn’t have the same first name. They didn’t ask any permission, just send some paper to sign, say my signature doesn’t Match my driver license signature, send me a Other document to sign again. I’m with that bank for 8 years, but this brunch is just incredible.

If I can rate lower I would they basically stole 1000+ dollars from a deposit I would recommend not to go to this one
