On Feb. 12th, I showed up to Staples completely stressed out wanting to color copy a packet for a presentation I was doing on behalf of my husband and myself for a Variance Proposal. I saw a man behind the counter who looked like he was helping 4 different people at once along with changing out a printer cartridge...haha... This man was Judd. I noticed his calm demeanor and patience with people, especially some of the older clients who didn't have a clue on how to work the "SELF SERVE COPY MACHINES" When it was turn to be helped out, he listened to my request and went right to work noticing I didn't ask for 3-prong hole punching for the folders I was going to put them in, so he immediate suggested if he did them, it would save me time and be less stressful for me to do. I thanked him for the advice and did that as well. I did have a coupon so that helped with the price of the copies. The quality was GREAT. And, I loved how easy Judd made this experience for me. He is a great employee...they are lucky to have him! And...I will be back to have him help me with my next presentation for sure!!!

Just left this Staples. If it wasn't for the kind woman by the name of Billy Jean, helping with a return from Amazon, I believe that I would've lost some money. The store manager, big, heavyset white guy with a beard was terrible! Originally the return started with a new hire, athletic build white guy That needed some help. It was his first time processing an Amazon return. The manager was aggravated by his request for help first of all. Went through showing him how to do it on what looked like a cell phone. But he still needed a little more help. The manager walked away and let him sit there and struggle. So I tried to help him which I'm not a store employee, so I really don't know the process. but Billy Jean came to the rescue! I'm very thankful for her. She should be the manager! Great customer, service, and being a kind human goes a long way!

Ned was exceptionally helpful with a program we were working on and it had a tight deadline! Also , the printer spit them out wrong and the fold was reversed and he took the extra time to refold 150 programs even when he didn’t have to. He went above and beyond and help us in our time of need!

I called the store before heading there. The voice message said it was open till 8pm so off we went. Not so! We got there at 7:01 and it was locked up tight! I wonder what the store manager has to say about this inconsistency that put us out through no fault of ours! We tried!

Went to the store today, I usually go there quite often. I'm not sure what issues they have there but I have never felt like a criminal before walking around any store. This employee who tried to act like a customer followed me around the store pretending his looking for something/shopping, no cart, no item. It was quite obvious why he did that because of what I "looked" like and I also picked up $110 keyboard for my job. When I went to the register, I kept my eye on him and saw him return to work when they called for help over the intercom. I will return to shopping online at Staples so I won't be stereotyped.

I placed an order on the 7th of Feb its a custom size card that I cannot enter online through the system. It had to be emailed to the print dept directly. Last time this was not an issue and they were done in a day. The second time we ordered it took 3.5 days before we got a response. We were informed they would be ready the 13th but they weren't. Long story short the art was sent out and re-sized without our approval and was not even printed until the 15th a day before our deadline. What was printed was extremely blurry and not right so they then needed to be re printed again to the correct size we wanted and picked up on the 16th. Even these still had weird print head marks in them (see image). I want to say thank you to Kelly who tried to make up for it and did give us a discount but this whole experience was very stressful and quite a headache. It was deff not EASY which is staples motto. I think its important to make sure communication is here in this dept as well as quality control as I feel our order was slightly neglected and passed around instead of anyone actually providing a solution. I had to explain to the print dept how it was supposed to look which is not good.Nobodies perfect and we can all do better hopefully this helps and thank you again Kelly.

Print shop, Kelley has the worst attitude. Cuts you off when your speaking, not a friendly attitude. Print shop in general is not very efficient.

It's amazing how much of a difference you can experience from one Staples store to another. I walked out of a Staples in Tamarac, near where I live, because the customer service by a new hire was terrible on my last visit. This store has a completely different feeling. And my experience in the printing dept. was just great. Derek was a champ, making sure everything lined up on my very small job while juggling service responses from several other customers. He was solution-oriented personable, upbeat, and brisk. I would definitely go back to this store.

Staff seems to be lacking customer training skills. Never acknowledged upon entering the store, never offered help from staff, checkout line often left unattended and no one notices. Reorders from print desk is not effecient and unorganized. They need a true Leader!!
