The golf superstore closest to our home told me it would be a 48 hour wait to get it re-shafted. Jim, at Golf Galaxy, bent over backwards to help me! Told me it would be 45 minutes, but I’m pretty sure he had it done quicker than that. Now, it will have time to set up and dry completely before I play Sunday. Can’t say enough about the customer service we received today. Even if the drive is a bit further, I’ll be back!”

The employees are talkative and helpful, and they are ready to assist when needed. The layout can be a little confusing at times but it can be learned relatively quick.
