“Great shopping area. Publix, Thai restaurant, Crunch gym, and Walgreens and UPS Store! There is also a Crunch Fitness which is a nice big gym conveniently located in the plaza. There is also a Kwench Juice Bar. Nice area.”

“Very nice with exclusive shops, very quiet place, for people who visit with children there is no recreation and entertainment for them, just to take a nice walk through the beautiful view it has and a lot of tranquility and shopping in its elegant stores, It has plenty of parking and several entrances.”
“Everything and every store you would use on a regular basis in one strip mall. Bakery, pizza, ice cream, butcher and a cold beer at the tiki bar. So glad we live so close.”
“Publix usually has everything we are looking for. Aisles are wide, produce is mostly very fresh, and bread options are great. Prices are high. One must be careful with so called BOGOs and sale items. You need to know the true prices and shop other stores to ensure groceries don't drain your pocketbook.”

“This stop was at a restaurant my cousin recommended for dinner and the foods were all out of this world good. I ordered Zuppa de Pecse and my cousin had Chicken Marsala, these were both made perfectly. Our server was, Alana, and she would be an asset to any restaurant as she listened then explained dishes for us. She made the evening more memorable and wanting to return again soon. We have a Florida home that is an 8 hour ride to see my cousin, this restaurant was worth the trip.”
“Not sure if visitors realize the beach is within “shouting” distance of Venetian Village. So head over after you have enjoyed shopping and restaurants. My personal favorite restaurant is Bayside Seafood Bar (upper level) Live music in season. View of the bay ??”
“Great stores and energy. Parking is usually fine (garage helps). Over drawback is terrible drivers who don't know how to navigate a busy area. You kind of take your life in your hands at times. It's a great outdoor shopping area to walk around with a mix of restaurants and retail. Usually always really crowded and high energy (in a good way).”
“Nice shopping plaza, easy to get to from US 41 and Immokalee road. They have some good anchor stores including Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, and new stores Homesense and Five Below. Also opened up a Cheddar's as well as having PF Chang's. Dollar Tree moved into the old Tuesday Morning spot right next to Chuck E Cheese.”
“Sad look at 1/2 empty store building and under roof parked boats. Hopefully growing with recent opening of tropical feel Seamonkey bar serviced by next door Mino restaurant which is good. Enjoy taking walks there in shade.”
“This shopping center has been transformed into an easier shopping experience. They have completely transformed the parking areas and added beautiful landscaping to name just a few things that have been added.The shopping options have not changed much. However, a few new stores are moving in to make the shopping experience more appealing and attractive!”

“It's a new shopping center which is very nicely done. There is a new bakery by the name of Gigi Bakery. We visited the bakery and it was very well designed and very clean. There is a barber shop and a few nail salons. God bless USA!!!????”
“Visited the Yard House here for lunch. Enjoyed great food and service at a reasonable price. Didn't have any as it was lunch time during work, but noticed that at the bar, there must be 30-40 different beers on tap. Will definitely visit again. Didn't notice much else about the plaza itself.”
“B&B theater. Small, old and empty but enjoyable. Unable to pick your seat when buying tickets bcuz it's GA. Not sure that's a good thing, but we arrived early and for an opening weekend only 6 other ppl in the whole theater to see knock at the cabin.?♀️”

“Great little strip mall. I was originally brought in by visiting the Dunkin in the mall, but quickly noticed the variety of selections available in this beautiful setting. Easy access and plenty of wheelchair accessible spaces.”
“It is a mini mall that has a little bit of everything. Just be aware that many of the hanging signs for the store names have what look like old hornet or wasp nests on them. I did not see any such bugs actually flying around when I was there in August of 2025.”

“This shopping plaza is amazing great stores selections and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Can get very busy on the weekends. Very clean and open. It’s nice that is a closed mall with this heat. Love coming and shopping here and going to eat at Cheesecake Factory one of my favorite places to visit while here.”

“Charming area in downtown Naples with historic houses, some well renovated and turned into shops and restaurants. This is a nice walking area if you visit Naples, great place to shop, have lunch or dinner outdoors, close to the balmy beach. Parking isn't easy to find so be patient or park further away and walk. Some art galleries, nothing facing, places to grab some ice cream. Clean, well maintained, colorful, great for strolling and people watching. 3rd street is never boring!”
