“This is the absolute best FedEx station I have ever been to. All of the staff is very informative and attentive. I have had to speak with both of the managers at this location. Both Mitch and Jennifer are understanding and helpful. They have always tackled any obstacle immediately and found very effective resolutions. They truly care about their customers and strive for excellent customer service. And if I can say the Manager Mitch is SUPER HOT. I would go back just to look at him, but I can do that at home. I liked it and put a ring on it. :)”

“I have had a PO Box here for years, and I ship most everything from this UPS store. They really are pretty great. maybe not perfect or the best but I’ve been to the other UPS stores around Naples and these guys are really good. I had to go to the UPS store further north on 41 in the pelican bay area by the publics and those guys are horrible! Rude and unfriendly, so definitely use this UPS store over that one!”

I went into the storefront and was greeted by two very friendly and helpful people. Allison and Scott went above and beyond in helping me connect to Wi-Fi, print the label etc. Scott even got me a chair to sit down, as my foot is in a brace after breaking it. I will take all of my shipping needs to them from now on! 5 STAR SERVICE!!!”

“On Feb. 12th, I showed up to Staples completely stressed out wanting to color copy a packet for a presentation I was doing on behalf of my husband and myself for a Variance Proposal. I saw a man behind the counter who looked like he was helping 4 different people at once along with changing out a printer cartridge...haha... This man was Judd. I noticed his calm demeanor and patience with people, especially some of the older clients who didn't have a clue on how to work the "SELF SERVE COPY MACHINES" When it was turn to be helped out, he listened to my request and went right to work noticing I didn't ask for 3-prong hole punching for the folders I was going to put them in, so he immediate suggested if he did them, it would save me time and be less stressful for me to do. I thanked him for the advice and did that as well. I did have a coupon so that helped with the price of the copies. The quality was GREAT. And, I loved how easy Judd made this experience for me. He is a great employee...they are lucky to have him! And...I will be back to have him help me with my next presentation for sure!!!”
