“When my elderly mother needed to make her final move from her long time home down south Andy, Wendy, and the team at Navis help us move a few of her most treasured items back across the country. They were big, fragile, and needed some special handling, but Navis made it all a breeze with lots of extra touches of personal care. On time and in perfect shape on arrival as well. “The customer service is a 10 out of 10! I have always been greeted in a friendly manner and any question I have had has always been answered! I sent clothing that would not fit in a carry on and Debbie steered me in the best direction to send them so that the package would arrive when needed! Arrived in the morning to be told, Sorry our color printer is down, but here are some black and white copies. No refund. Walked in here. “This is the absolute best FedEx station I have ever been to. All of the staff is very informative and attentive. I have had to speak with both of the managers at this location. Both Mitch and Jennifer are understanding and helpful. They have always tackled any obstacle immediately and found very effective resolutions. They truly care about their customers and strive for excellent customer service. And if I can say the Manager Mitch is SUPER HOT. I would go back just to look at him, but I can do that at home. “The customer service at this location is above and beyond. Had a package being delivered, they noticed the bottom was wet, yes I shipped something liquid, they call me to find out what it was (not harmful) repacked for me from this center and delivered the same day..WOW!!! I wish I had gotten the persons name that call at 7:30am to correct this situation and get the package to me!! This was a product I needed for work.
USPS can take some lessons from UPS…always use UPS
