Used them 2 different times shipping 6 boxes via UPS around 40 lbs each from Florida to Ohio and have never had a problem. They are professional in their approach and have a well stocked shop. I like their selection of greeting cards, too.

I have been using this store since November of 2017 to ship packages and as my personal PO Box! Sherry and Chris have always been helpful. They are experts in the mailing/shipping industry. I’ve often left my gift items with them for packaging. The packages always arrive to their destination safely and in a timely manner. Sherry on our second trip handled both of our passports by reassembling them properly into the correct mailer and then being sure of the correct postage for mailing.with quickest of ease. Truly a wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Sherry. The first box I purchased was too small because I had added extras to it, it was for my grand daughter, so I went in, planning on buying a bigger box and just re boxing in car. I explained what I needed and she had me bring it all in and SHE boxed it her self and had a recycled free box in the back. She was friendly, sweet and very helpful, most importantly, Thoughtful. I will only come here for all of my needs. Again, Sherry, Thank You!!

Uneven customer treatment. Both hard-working and often overwhelmed. Guy nice. Gal moody - cherry-picks who she likes and doesn't like. Convenient for neighborhood but not very welcoming.

If you value anything you wish to ship through transit, head to use a different shipper....like FedEx or USPS. Here at this UPS location, it is ran by a dunce cap wearing team in which one of them cannot differentiate hearing 9 from 4 on a package surpassing $1,200 in value. Luckily inssurance is an option and I am getting that handled now. If I recalled the store associates name I would of name dropped it in this review for him to hopefully be removed from his position. Possibly to find work at a fast food establishment or delivering pizzas. Hopefully a GPS with an order route would be easier for him. During COVID-19 some people rely on accurate shipping and for it to be done professional without a hiccup. Its clear to me that UPS is not the reliable source of shipping. I would advise you again to refrain from using this location or ANY UPS locations for valued goods you wish to ship. (One star because I had to)
