I have used Shaughnessy Transport for 4 years, and they are ALWAYS ON TIME never failed me. They are very pleasant to do business with. There drivers have always been courteous and respectful when I deal with them on pick up or delivery. I feel very comfortable when I hire them, I have two expensive cars.

I’ve been shipping my car with Shaughnessy for 2 years, Adam and Aaron are the best! My car goes between Florida and Connecticut for school and they always have it from one place to the other in less than 2 days! They always take great care of me and get my car where it needs to go quickly and safely!

We have now used Shaughnessy, working with Laki Prousalis, for 3 years. He is always responsive and supportive. This year, we made advance reservations and all went smoothly. The driver (Matt) was excellent and we will try to use him again. Nothing but positive comments about the company!

My car was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday with delivery to the Chicago area Wednesday or Thursday. The car was picked up on Wednesday due to equipment problems. I was not notified directly and only the person meeting the truck for me was notified. By Friday afternoon I had received no information about my car so I called to inquire and they had to look for the status of my car. After quite a while I was told that a dealer delivery to Minnesota was prioritized and I might not get my car until Monday or Tuesday. I was contacted by the driver on Saturday and he managed to deliver the car at 5:00 am on Sunday. It was not the driver’s fault but there was poor execution and very poor communication by the company. I never heard from Joe at all about the issues. I almost did not ship with them at all due to the new requirement to pay upfront in full. I will likely drive the car myself next season. -Gary Gage

Second time using Shaughnessy and they are excellent. If you have a valuable vehicle, you will not be disappointed. There are less expensive options, but none better.

Extremely easy to book and terrific customer service. Laki took care of all the details with great communication throughout. Rates are somewhat higher but well worth it for their dependability and my peace if mine. Highly recommend!

Shaughnessy OLE is the best transport company we have ever used. They are so helpful when planning and the drivers are the best. Very professional and thorough to make sure your car is safe. I would highly recommend them if you have a car that you would like to be transported in a enclosed carrier like I do with my 911 Targa.
