To be completely honest I used to work at this Sephora right when it opened and none of us stayed. After that I avoided kohls in general for other reasons but recently my mom went to stock up on some things and she was followed around in such a heinous way. She felt uncomfortable like they thought she was stealing. This wasn’t the first time it’s happened to her. It’s the kohls management making all employees feel like every poc is there to steal because theft is a huge problem at this location but it’s Naples… and poc exist so educate employees on better customer service.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at SephoraI am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the customer service at Sephora. My recent experience at their store left me feeling ignored and unacknowledged by the employees. As a loyal customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness, but unfortunately, this was not the case.Upon entering the store, I was met with a lackluster greeting, if any at all. It seemed as though the employees were more interested in their own conversations rather than assisting customers. I found it disheartening that they did not make an effort to engage or offer any assistance, even when it was clear that I needed help.Furthermore, when I finally managed to flag down an employee for assistance, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. It felt as though they were rushing through the process and did not take the time to understand my needs or provide personalized recommendations. Their lack of product knowledge was evident, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsupported in my search for the right beauty products.Another issue I encountered was the sheer lack of availability of staff members on the sales floor. I observed numerous customers, including myself, wandering around aimlessly searching for assistance, only to find empty registers and unattended counters. It was incredibly frustrating to see employees engaged in their own tasks, seemingly oblivious to the needs of the customers.In addition, the overall atmosphere in the store was lacking in warmth and friendliness. The employees seemed disinterested and detached, creating an unwelcoming environment. As a customer, I believe that exceptional customer service is not only about the products but also about the experience, and unfortunately, Sephora fell short in this regard.I understand that customer service experiences can vary, and this may not be reflective of every customer's experience at Sephora. However, based on my personal encounter, I felt compelled to share my disappointment. As a beauty enthusiast, I have come to expect a certain level of service from Sephora, and unfortunately, they failed to meet those expectations.I sincerely hope that Sephora takes this feedback constructively and makes necessary improvements to enhance their customer service. Investing in comprehensive training programs, fostering a customer-centric culture, and ensuring adequate staffing levels are just a few areas where they can make a positive impact.In conclusion, my experience at Sephora was marred by the lack of attention and acknowledgement from the employees. I hope that Sephora takes this review as an opportunity to address the issues at hand and strive for a better customer experience in the future.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars)

Kohls is located in the Shopping center with Best Buy. The store store is it very clean and offers a great selection of clothes home goods and so much more. The staff was very professional and friendly. We went to Sephora which is located inside Kohls itself.

My sister and mother went in on October 22, 2023 at 5pm to restock on some makeup items they needed. Once they were about to check out, my sister had checked everything was ok before she purchased anything. She realized that the powdered blush she had grabbed had been damaged with (someone had previously picked at it, maybe to have tested it out)She went to the check out to inform the workers and stood there for a bit and they were talking AND on their phones. Then finally they said “yeah?” And my sister had explained to them the item that had been used and they looked at each other and looked at my sister with a terrible attitude. My sister was not asking for anything but just informing the workers so they don’t sell that damaged item to the next person. Yet they didn’t care and their behavior was off putting. Sephora should reconsider having workers there who don’t care about customer service or should help them manager this kind of situation a lot better. To prevent a bad review in the future. It was a red hair woman and a tall blonde with bangs.

have bought several bottles of men's cologne at this location and while the staff was always friendly and helpful the stores (Sephora) men's cologne section is horrible. 80% of the cologne is missing and the displays are filthy. i now go to the main location at Waterside Shops. Sephora and Kohl's should be ashamed of this location !

I was initially excited that Sephora opened a location in Kohl’s closer to my house but if the customer service will be the same of what I received the other day I will gladly DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY to the flagship store.When I walked in no one knowledge our presence and then when I requested help, I was treated like I was an annoyance. I appalled! I asked for the manager and she informed she was the manager! Ha!The Naples Kohl’s location was extremely unprofessional and not fairly courteous to their customers.I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.Take my word and take the drive to the Waterside location.

I was shopping this Sephora Kohl’s location and I overheard the manager, Jade, talking badly about one of their employees. Not only was there gossiping from the manager going on throughout my shopping experience, there was a complete lack of customer service as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t end up buying anything at this Sephora location because of this behavior. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to that Sephora. If I’m spending this much money on beauty products, there should be a standard level of service and care on how they treat customers AND employees.

This location is ?️. I wouldn’t recommend going here..and I normally am not the one to write reviews at all. But this was horrible customer service. And a horrible experience for it being my first time at at this location. No one was there to help me, or look for any of the items. I won’t shop at this Sephora again.

Dynna was exceptional. I was looking for some guidance regarding a Bronzer or something. I was a mess, my Boyfriend died recently and she was patient and kind...non-judgmental...offered me a hug and I felt less insure thanks to her. I will be back to see her again, thank you Dynna.
