I recently purchased several scent bags from this store, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the products. The scents are weak and barely noticeable, and the bags themselves are poorly made and falling apart. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful when I tried to address my concerns. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products or decent customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

An amazing little store. The owner was extremely kind and friendly. Told us to fill up our box until it was absolutely filled to the brim. Extremely fair prices. My fiancé and I spoke out how people aren’t like that anymore!

An absolute gem in Tin City! A must stop each time I visit Naples. Dave, the shop owner, is incredibly kind and always welcoming. His wax melts are my go-to for keeping my home fragrant.

I always stop to talk to see the owner and what's new whenever I'm in town. The last great purchase was the scent chips. They made my house smell wonderful. The owner is even willing to ship items, so I will be sending some to my daughter in North Carolina

The Scentchips shop down in tin city is by far one of the best places I’ve ever worked. The environment was always cheerful and uplifting. Stepping into the shop wether in the AM or PM you’ll always be greeted with a huge smile and a breeze of vanilla and pathoulie. The employers are kind and caring and did everything possible to accommodate me during my employment. The customers were always interested and friendly, they always engaged in polite conversations. It’s also a great part-time job to have if you want to be taught real sales experience! Originally I came in as a customer in awe at the scents but the more I visited the shop and got to know the people who owned it and coworkers next door I quickly realized I wanted to be a part of the team and support the business as more than a customer. I highly recommend you visit even if it’s for a quick look and short chat :)

I got to chat with the male owner and he was beyond kind. A very sweet gentlemen. This shop is definitely worth checking out. Even if you do not buy anything, it is an experience worthy of checking out. They have miniature blown glass creatures, handmade bracelets, art print cards, and little crochet animals. All of these items are handmade and the seller is able to tell you stories about the different creators and where the items are from. I appreciate the care that was taken to explain to me where all the items were sourced from, who makes them, which local (or non-local) artist I was supporting with my purchase. I believe the glass-blown animals were made by a local man in his 80’s, the turtles were handmade and imported from Ecuador, the bracelets were made using recycled material by 2 local women, and the art prints are also by a local artist. (Please do not quote me on this as I may not remember correctly) but, overall, it was a great experience.

I loved the shop and Dave was very friendly and personable, however I ordered a scent warmer and after not even 2 weeks using it, the bulb burnt out, Have tried calling the store many times and have not gotten thru, so can not use it, Very disappointed!

Lovely treasure hidden in Tin City. Met Dave and his wife while visiting the store. Enjoyed their quaint store and amazing fragrances. the ocean and rain mix is a must!
