Had to wait 2 weeks to get on their schedule. Ok...that's the way it is. I waited. The day before the schedule work they sent an email telling me they were sorry I cancelled the appointment. I called and asked what was going on....the lady I spoke to had no idea of my appointment. Later someone else called and said they were sorry they had to cancel, they could not get the part. I took them almost 2 weeks to determine that they could not get the part. I found another company that showed up within 5 days and did a fantastic job! Total lack of coordination and management. Think twice before you try these guys, at least at this location.

Eight inch crack on the windshield of a 2022 car. Was worried about the final result. Didn’t need to be. Professional, thorough and worked directly with my insurance company to make this as painless as possible. I was thoroughly impressed.

You can't actually call and speak to anyone. You have to go to their website, enter the model. Make and year of your car and if you need a windshield replaced. The site claims someone will contact you within 48hrs. I have done this 2 weeks ago without a g response till now and requested again early last week and again nothing. Will look for a company that takes care of its customers

Took my FJ in for a cracked window, my insurance company referred me to them, now after they "fixed the window" I have more than $500.00+ in repairs to the trim around the new window and the FJ will need to go to the body shop for two days for repairs. One piece of the trim actually blew off while I was driving, and I may have to replace the windshield as well given the poor quality of the workmanship. They are clueless and avoid them at all costs.

Showed up on time. My car was a little different because it had a spot light attached but he handled it with ease. They even installed the correct color matching pillars!

They were able to fit in a frazzled mom of three when they didn’t have the time. My windshield was made safe and they helped contact the insurance to keep costs down. They had toys for the kids too :)

Went in two separate times in attempt to get my windshield replaced, and both times they claimed to have ordered the wrong glass. Extremely unprofessional; go ahead and keep extending the date i’ll just drive around with a 15 inch crack for another month.Taking my business somewhere else.

No consideration for people's time. Had an appointment and the tech arrived, didn't call me looked at my vehicle and then left( have it on video), I waited from 8-12 at 11:50 I called and the manager called said they couldn't do it due to rust which there was but not where the seal is. Which is the reason they ran from this job. I asked why no call and he said he did ( which I had no missed calls and great signal at my place). Bottom line I had missed an another appointment due to them just not being considerate and just called me. I figured they would have a dispatch try to call if they tech couldn't get through...but no call just had me wait there. Just another big company not caring for their customers...sad it's the new norm.. and with this being the first time dealing with them it will be my last. Horrible customer service. Good luck.

Terrible misrepresentation of hours, appointment time and amount of time it would take to complete appointment. Luckily I called to confirm before bringing my car in to have the windshield replaced which online says it takes 2-3 hours, all of a sudden the day before the appointment they tell me it will take 8 hours! I changed my appointment to another Safelite location which will hopefully be better.

Took car in for tiny rock chip in windshield. About the size of a dime. When we arrived for our appointment two different employees warned us, "Sometimes when we try to fix a small chip it can crack." This seemed odd to me as a senior seasoned citizen who has had many windshields repaired (at home and at Safelite business) and other companies over my life time. Sure as tooting - they cracked the windshield and they had to order a new windshield. The REPLACEMENT WINDSHIELD THEY PUT IN WAS SCRATCHED in a major way. We discovered the crack after we left the Safelite office and went to get gas. How did they NOT SEE THEY PUT IN SCRATCHED WINDSHIELD? THey also did not replace reassemble the electrical clip behind the rearview mirror. Had to order another one and it was replaced in Lee Summit, MO. Lee Summit experts told us that having a small chip become a crack when fixing is a RARE OCCURRENCE! Less than 3% of the time does it happen and the repair person had worked there 15 years. So not only did the service suck in Safelite Naples, but they cracked my windshield and replaced it with a scratched one. Proceed with caution.

Had a scheduled appointment. They were very busy. They estimated for my windshield to take up to 3 hours due to the sensors. My car was done in just 1 hour exactly and I was pleasantly pleased and surprised. The gentlemen at the desk was very friendly, and they surpassed my expectations with how quickly they got it done.

Horrible experience, I'd give it a zero if possible. Tried to tell me there's rust, said could take windshield out but if find rust they couldn't put anything in the truck, told them I'd sign liability waiver and knew there wouldn't be a warranty.How can you say it's more of a liability to put glass in then let someone drive it home with out one. Will not recommend to anyone.Edit this is windshield replaced by someone else. The one safelite said I'd have to go to a body shop and there was rust so it couldn't be doneSave your money and time go with Erick at Glass to go, he's one wo installed this one
