Ray the Mover was excellent and I highly recommend them. They were prompt and on time. They were very polite. They were careful with our belongings. We have moved a number of times and they were by far the best!!

I hired Ray The Mover for my move from Florida to Tennessee.
From the beginning I was impressed. Staff was courteous and helpful. The loaders were fantastic. The location of my house was quite a challenge for the transportation guy, but he found a place to park his big rig, and got help to move my things onto a smaller truck to make the delivery. Everything was delivered and put where I asked to have it put, all in good shape. They even came a day earlier than promised! I highly recommend Ray The Mover if you are looking for a seamless move!! (Well moving is never fun, but they sure made it more tolerable)

The team moved our corporate headquarters intra-city and did a great job. They were on time and super conscientious about protecting the furniture and breakables, and they put felt pads on the bottom of everything before they put it down on our new wood floors. And there were zero complaints about the massively oversized pieces that they had to take down the stairs because they wouldn't fit in the elevator! We will definitely be calling them again! Highly recommend.

I have used 3 professional movers over the last 24 years and this one, by far, was the best. Michael came out to do the quote and was friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle was extremely helpful with any questions and getting things arranged for us, particularly when our move suddenly got moved up by 3 weeks. They guys all worked really hard (and fast) at both ends of the move, and best of all, everything arrived without any damage. Everything was well wrapped. I would absolutely recommend Ray the Mover to anyone moving to or from SWFL. Thank you!

I wanted to write and personally thank you for having such an amazing team of professionals on your staff. Everything ran like clockwork from ********* coming out in Naples and giving me an estimate to getting next step emails from ******** and then the phone call from *********, informing me of who my driver would be (****, the very best) and the info I needed to go with that. **** and ***** arrived earlier than scheduled and called me beforehand, letting me know they were on their way! They worked diligently nonstop until finished. No rain hot, but, great weather! They were so careful with everything. **** was able to tell me then that he would be delivering my things to my new apartment in SC on Saturday morning! He called on Friday to confirm with a time! He and ***** arrived right on schedule and were able to back the truck right up to the curb so they had a straight shot to my place. Once again, these guys worked non-stop and very diligently. So professional with wonderful manners. I couldnt believe how fast they got it done and how smooth it all went! It was a gorgeous, sunny day and NO rain!! I am beyond happy with the entire experience and just wanted YOU to know that! PLEASE give **** a raise he definitely deserves it. He is so passionate about what he does and it shows. Hes the kind of employee you dont come across very often. ***** and ***** were great, too. Thank you for a job well done very much appreciated!

We have used Ray the Mover twice to coordinate long moves and both times the moves went without a hitch. We highly recommend them. Almost 3 years ago we moved from ************** to ******. The first time around the movers had to move a ton of furniture from a 3rd-floor condo to a moving van parked in two spots in the center of town. What could have been highly stressful worked smoothly. Delivery in ****** was over in under two hours without any problems. That move went so well that we called Ray the Mover a second time for a move of a houseful of furniture to **************. **** the driver is extremely well organized and friendly. His staff in both ****** and ************** were fantastic. **** arrived early both times and these moves worked like clock work. We've been super satisfied with Ray the Mover!

Last week, Ray and Jeffrey packed up my villa. Not only did they work well together, they were understanding when there ended up being some extra things that had to be re-packed, which wasn’t what they had planned to do when they first came to my villa. They were very thorough, careful with my belongings, and pleasant.//Today, my furniture was delivered by Nick and Travis. Again, things couldn’t have gone smoother. Everything was inventoried. They actually asked me where I wanted things to go. Left room for me to walk through rather than stacking boxes against each other. It will be much easier for me to unpack. Again, the 2-men worked well together, they were very pleasant, and very accommodating. Ray the Mover was recommended to me and it was the best choice. Because of the recommendation from someone I trust, I didn’t have to vet or check with the Better Business Bureau. What I was told about them is exactly what they did - a wonderful job, and for a very reasonable price given the fact that it was over 1,100 miles. I would 100% recommend this mover to anyone.

My reply to Mr Smarge owner….Sir, your people stole valuables.Your people knew they did not put the box of parts that I Insisted ….that parts were to be kept with furniture. I supplied the plastic bags & tape which Jose refused to do. They threw all parts to all beds, armoires, dressers, tv remotes, dining room table parts etc in 1 box. At the beginning to putting the contents in storage I requested the parts box. They knew it was extremely important to me. The 2nd day extravaganza that my stuff went to your warehouse overnight (a short 30 mile trip) I realized the day of the move my yellow electrical ladder was GONE. I called you & told you. I also told you I wanted the parts box. Your warehouse overnight was a last minute condition on your part Mr Smarge but too late for me to change course. I also requested to walk on the truck to look to make certain it was empty. Jose refused. He said a liability issue. It turned out to be my liability issue, & their gain. You made promises in writing that my instructions would be followed out completely. I gave Jose the same instructions you & I agreed upon. Jose came in like a bull telling an old lady what he would & would not do. You sir I called & were in vacation. Or were you? Jose also told me you were only sending back him & 1 other the next day. So I tipped the 2 others & they showed back up the next day. The was the most weird move I have made in my life Mr Smarge. I paid for boxes I never received for mattresses. My mattresses were wrapped I my pads & will show photos. They never put cardboard down in my $2.3 home prior to the move like you said they would. Heirlooms (my mom’s silver, blue Chinese vase & a bronze signed statue went missing. All my boxes were numbered. My moving company who moved me for several years was shocked the way things were thrown in the 2-2x10 units that are usually spaced. I unit was almost 1/2 full. You sir are a third rate company. Not National! This was not my first rodeo. Mr Smarge you knew that. I am a builder & built several homes in my lifetime . I am an old lady now & you & your people took advantage of me financially & emotionally. I am contacting the State Attorney General & Consumer Affairs to investigate you & your hoodlums. I may also seek counsel if I get nowhere.Btw the trilogy table assembled prior to the photo taken not assembled!Makes me so sick!Liars & thieves - Do not trust your possessions with these people, you will be sorry!

I would highly recommend Ray the Mover. The owner personally scheduled my move, and the two movers that helped me unload my truck, Ray and ****, were very professional, efficient, and kind. They made the transition so easy and they took such great care of my belongings. I received a confirmation call from ******* the night before and the movers showed up early, and worked very hard. They had my truck unloaded and my bed set up within the two hour window. Highly recommend this company.
