Had an excellent experience at Ralph Lauren’s Taniami location. Joseph Mitchell was knowledgeable, friendly and relatable. He spent plenty of energy finding me what I needed. Although I did not end up buying, as my exact fit was not available in store and I was leaving the next day, Joseph helped point me in the right direction back home. Appreciate the service.

We came looking for a suit for my wedding after shopping several different places and I can’t say enough about Alfredo. Very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond and took a lot of his own time and energy to help get me exactly what I wanted and was looking for. If you’re in need of a suit or any outfit for any occasion do yourself a favor and ask for him, he knows his stuff inside and out. I will be back! Thank you!

ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES EVER!! I WALK INTO THE STORE. THE SALES ASSOCIATE LOOKED ME UP AND DOWN AND ASKED WHAT SHE COIULD DO. I SAID I AM LOOKING FOR SHOES. SHE LOOKED MY SHOES AND RESPONDED OH! THE SHOES WERE NEW COLE HAHN. THEN THE ASSOCIATED PROVIDED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, WITH ATTITUDE. SHE DID NOT EVEN LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAID!!

Christopher and Olga provide excellent service!! Me and my brother Elbert are regulars and they always treat us right !! Whether it’s finding the exact size that fits us or knowing already what we like they are definitely the go to people at the store !!
