I came in for gas and to purchase a fountain drink. There is a sign with a promotion asking you to scan the QR code to download the app and you will have $1 any size fountain drink everyday. So I went out of my way to download the app, purchase a large fountain drink, then when I go to the register the clerk told me that they do not sell $1 any size fountain drinks and it would be $1.58 after I repeatedly showed the app and the sign stating the promotion. False advertising and poor customer service made for a less than pleasant visit.

Not 24/7. Ignore the Google maps saying they are open. Very irritating.

If I can give it a zero star I would. As I’m enjoying my hotdog meal and getting ready to throw it out your co manager accused me of stealing a peice of bread and lied to me and say he sees me stealing bread(hotdog bun). It was the co-manager
I will be sueing racetrac and him for defamation of character and public humiliation

They are NOT always open 24 hours a day and are often closed at night for no reason, lights off and everything. Not even a sign on the door. Beware

More urine on the floor in the men's bathroom than in the urinals I believe. ? Why can't y'all keep the bathrooms clean??

Tried using air pump for tires and it let air out of our tire instead of pumping. I went back in the store to ask what was wrong with the pump and they said no it hasn’t been working for a while. One gentleman said yeah we have quite a few people in seeing it doesn’t work what are we gonna do about that. And I said put a sign on it at least to tell people it’s not working. Then they didn’t have a solution. One guy said sorry we cannot do anything to help.What kind of customer service is this! Now with my tire flatter than it was before we have to find help no thanks th RACETRACK GASOLINE

This is the worst racetrac location in naples, by far. The associates are always rude, they never have hot food, and most nights they're closed at 9 pm instead of being open 24/7, yet there will be 3 employees sitting at the register laughing at people walking up to the door. Unprofessional, to say the least.

It's a convenience store, so what do you expect? But they've dialed up their offerings to include pretty good empanadas and hotdogs with all the fixings, plus pizza and too many items to mention on the roller grill. Beer is cold and priced really competitively. Store is usually pretty clean and well mainteained. Some good staff -- Carlson, Will, Anthony -- really make the difference when you visit. Some of the newer Racetracs have the self checkout option, but this one doesn't. It's not a deal breaker, as there's usually not much of a wait for service. Always competitive on gas prices.
