Had such a great experience at this location. I made an appointment and was brought back and in and out very quickly. The lady who did my bloodwork and check in was so kind and I had no pain compared to other places I’ve gone

This place is good, but the lady who served my daughter today is horribly disrespectful, rude, offensive and many other adjectives. It is not possible that after so many years attending this laboratory, he has not let me and my wife in for my daughter's tests. But I understand that space is limited, only that the words exist: please, I'm sorry, excuse me, and that lady never addressed us correctly. It is totally unacceptable that someone who has to deal with the public is so horrible. Disrespect. I didn't want to delay, but the idea would have been to talk to a manager and demand that they take immediate action with her. She is an immigrant, I imagine, Haitian. AWFUL.

Pay a person to help people sign in instead of putting up billboards with empty quotes from random people.

This is definitely the best laboratory, as soon as I arrived they treated me and were very friendly

Absolutely impossible to navigate the website, and they won’t make appointments over the phone. I have to contact my GP and ask his office to arrange my bloodwork.

Awful! Poor customer service. Knowledge of staff is questionable. I thought the employees specialize in phlebotomy. Two very painful pokes, one on each arm and they could not draw blood. She kept pressing the needle further in and squeezing my arm. Unbelievable. Both arms are badly bruised and sore. Was told to reschedule because they can’t poke you more than twice. Waste of my time. Bad experience.

Terrible experience, these guys do not want know what they’re doing. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby and I had an appointment and I was there early. When I got inside, they couldn’t figure out what my blood work test was for and it took another 30 minutes before they figured it out. Very unorganized, would not recommend this location and will not go back.

I don’t even leave reviews but I have to. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. My 4 year old needed to do a fasting blood test so I set an appointment for 8:30 am. Checked in 8:15, chose the option to wait in the car and sat in the car for over an hour while hearing my daughter cry about wanting breakfast. Eventually I left just before 10 after still not being notified and went to labcorp hoping they’ll be able to do her blood work without an appointment. We were in and out & it is now 12:30 and quest NEVER texted or called us!!! This is why LabCorp will ALWAYS be better than quest. What a joke

Best Quest Ever! Scheduled my appointment online from home on a Wednesday evening for the following Friday morning 9:30am. I arrived at 9:15am, checked in on the self check-in kiosk which was very easy to use and was called in to the office exactly at 9:30. I found the entire staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Angela was very professional and took her time trying to find a vein to draw my blood. In the past this has not always been an easy task for other technicians and certainly not a pleasant experience for me. I was finished with everything in less than 15 minutes. I will say the waiting room was quite full, about 20 people waiting. Having read the reviews before I went, I decided to pay attention to who had an appointment and who didn't. It seemed to me that all had scheduled appointments except the two people that were extremely vocal that didn't like having to wait. They seem to have the sense of entitlement as if they shouldn't have to wait just because they didn't make an appointment. Quest runs are very professional business and it appears to me that if you schedule an appointment they take care of you in a very timely manner. I had my concerns about going there after reading previous reviews, but I highly recommend this Quest location after my experience today.

Midiala was amazing! He made my experience there as pleasant as it could be. He is sweet, soft spoken, and very good. I walked in, used the kiosk to check in, sat down and a few minutes later Midiala called me to the back. I love that Quest Diagnostics has appointments starting at 6:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday. This made it so easy for me to make the appointment online working around my work schedule. The app itself for Quest Diagnostics is amazing, intuitive, and very easy to use. Did you know that you can request a copy of your records through the app up to 10 years ago?? How cool is that?!! Everyone at Quest Diagnostics is just amazing from the people on the phone to when you email for help to going to the physical location and the staff. I cannot say enough amazing things about Quest Diagnostics and all of their employees. They truly deliver stellar five star customer service every single time. This is an amazing company. They set the bar so high, it is actually the gold standard. I'm not sure any other company can live up to the customer service that Quest Diagnostic delivers routinely.Just an update. I've been back there for another blood draw and this time I used my phone app to check in. Wow, that was so easy! ? It was literally just one click of a button to check in. Even though they are super busy, a staff member came out to assist somebody having difficulty checking in with the kiosk. Each person here is just so friendly and they make the trip there so nice.

I had a bad experience at Quest Diagnostics (several times at a different place). There was no one to greet me, answer my questions or address my issues. But this is a minor issue compared to the biggest problem I faced - walk-in patients versus patients with appointments.Obviously, patients with appointments will be served first but the problem is that if all the checked-in patients are appointments, there is no way that you’ll be next. I waited for two hours and my name hadn’t moved from the queue. When I asked an employee if I would be served at the end of the day, she told me that if there were too many appointments for that day, they wouldn’t be able to serve me.I was shocked that they told me it was normal for a patient to come at 9 am and wait all day long for nothing. This is not a humane way to treat people. The entire system should be rethought. More nurses are needed or they should balance the quantity of appointments to serve walk-ins. At the very least, if they know they’re already full of patients for the day, they should close walk-ins to make sure they can take care of all the patients already checked in.Making people waste an entire day of their life for nothing means a lot in our society. Big corporations don’t care if the service is poor or inhumane (we are already greeted and served by tablets), as long as they make a huge profit and have a monopoly.

Damaris not only showed incredible customer service, but she also was thorough with her work, made me feel safe, and I barely felt a thing during bloodwork. Thank you, DamarisAlso, I was a walk-in, the wait time was only 15 minutes and the facility was squeaky clean.

long wait, more than an hour late with appointment, out of respect for the patients they should reduce the number of appointments they offer daily, and they are not even receiving walks inn appointments
