After flying in from Michigan Nate and I wanted a quick bite to eat, so we finally got to try the legendary Pub subs! I've heard about Publix's subs for ages but never had one before. Let me tell you, the experience was honestly kind of stressful, but I think it was worth it. The deli has tons of options, and lots of different subs that all sounded so good. It was tough to pick, but I decided on the cordon bleu sub and Nate got the Havana bold. The options are kind of overwhelming, so I'd recommend ordering online ahead of time. We each got a half sub, as the full subs were huge! You can pick from several different bread options. This is where things started to get kind of weird. The employee making my sandwich seemed to want to add ingredients that weren't listed and kept asking me if I wanted them - specifically chipotle mayo. That was fine, as I love chipotle mayo, but I just figured they would make it as listed (Tavern ham, rotisserie chicken, bacon, Swiss, Dijon, and mayo) and then I'd add toppings. Whatever, not a big deal. Then they had to slice some more of the meat for Nate's sub so we ended up waiting a bit longer. The employees definitely were not the most friendly, but they were super busy as the line continued to form. Well, sort of. There is no real queue so people were just kind of swarming all around us which was pretty chaotic. Finally our subs were toasted, we added some toppings, and we were almost on our way. We got a combo so we went over to the drink station... which was a massive disaster with trash everywhere and pop dripping off the counters. Yeah, not the best, plus the lids didn't fit well onto the cups. Just a lot going on. However we finally made it to the self checkout and enjoyed our subs at home. The Havana bold was definitely better as it had a ton of ham but both were tasty. Would I go back? Even though it was almost comically chaotic, yes. I'd definitely order online next time, but then again I have no idea where you'd go to pick that up lol.

Just so expensive these days, I picked up 8 items and put back 5 of them because the corn on the cob were about 6 incheslong, then went to winn Dixie and saved of $7 for the same items. I'm done with publix.

DO NOT order anything for pick up. I ordered a pub sub at 7:20pm and was told to pick it up at 7:55pm when I get there at 7:50 the sub was made 30 minutes ago according to the receipt. & was wet, soggy, covered in mustard and the toppings I paid extra for weren’t added on. Just save your $10 and go somewhere else. Half the time when I go in person they’re super rude anyway not worth the hassle.

We're camping here in Naples FL for the next two months, so the first store we go to to stock up victuals was at Wally's. What a disappointment, so off to the nearby Publix and boy, talk about day and night difference in service and quality of foods. Now we do 90% of our shopping needs at Publix and the rest elsewhere. Walmart only as a last resort. And Publix sell Promised Land whole milk produts which we can't buy in Canada. The whole chocolate milk is to die for.

My daughter & I literally saw a man urinate in the parking lot right in front of the Publix. And not in the back of the parking lot either. I was parked in handicapped parking, he was 3 space in. Discussing, I will drive to a farther plaza just so I don't have to worry about experiencing that again. And yes, we saw that same man walking around the Publix.

More convenient than happy with the store.Ridiculously ,not a little.Like more than a $1.00 more per item. But because there are literally 2 within 1/4 mile I will pick up one or two items for emergency. But definitely not my go to for ant weekly shopping.

Why pay the extra fees for store pick up if I must wait 20 minutes for someone to bring out. Today, after waiting 20 minutes I was asked to go in the store. Management is doing very poor work here.
