The Publix at the Cross Rd., Plaza the surrounding is extremely dirty papers cups food you name it I don’t understand why the staff doesn’t go around the building upfront of building and clean it up. I live in Vinyards for five years and past year. It’s been so disgusting and I feel like not going there anymore, please do something about it. We live in the beautiful neighborhood and nobody is taking care of it.

I usually love Publix, but after a car accident a few days ago my husband had to do our food shopping. I pre-ordered lunch meat from the deli like I always do. For some reason this particular Publix doesn't look at the order tickets right; this is the 3rd time they've give us the wrong lunch meat. I ordered Publix brand Tavern ham & they give us BH, which my grandson doesn't like. Usually I notice before leaving the store, but my husband was more concerned with getting home with our groceries for dinner & I didn't notice until I went to make my grandson's lunch this morning, leaving me scrambling to find something else for him to eat today. Shame on your careless deli workers Publix. This haplens way to often & when I confront them at the deli to give me the correct meat I ordered, they act like it's no big deal. It is to me. It's time, it's money, it's a waste of food, & it happens way to often at the Vineyards Publix!
