I moved to Naples 2 years ago and since then, I’ve been going to this Publix. Cody is an amazing cashier that has always made my day better with his positive attitude and knows where everything is, I love the old fashion design of this Publix.

service is slow at deli.. the ladies will ignore u on purpose, meanwhile all the deli workers only work the cold cut side. There either needs to be more staff or have the managers work too instead of standing around in front of the Deli.

Seriously the worst Publix there is.
It’s right by my house so I’m thinking about switching stores. They’re always out of everything, I went today to pick up a loaf of sourdough and the lady said they had none (it’s 12pm on a Sunday)
Anytime they have a BOGO they’re out of the product instantly, I almost don’t even check anywhere. Never have my kids formula, and the one time they did the can was cracked and I couldn’t use it. I ordered subs and deli meat ahead of time on 2 different occasions and went to pick it up when they said it would be ready but they didn’t even get the ticket, both times. I told management and they acted like they didn’t care at all. I contacted them via email and they did nothing. I used to work at Publix when I was 14 and this one is by far the worst. They charge premium prices for what? They have better customer service at aldis and Walmart and that’s sad.

This Publix is actually a little hard to fine because the main sign on the building which is part of a strip mall really isn’t that big and it’s behind a row of trees at the street so you really need to use the map to find this. The place was clean. The selection was average it’s not a super large store. Not many people there on a weekday evenings so easy to get around.
