Very rude on the phone. Didn't call when ready. My wife has a broken foot and making multiple trips is a real pain. For people that make 100k a year to put pills in a container you would think they would have better customer service skills. Publix is supposed to be where shopping is a pleasure.

My prescription was called in this morning for my wife. When I called the pharmacy at 9:00 a.m. they stated they received the prescription it would be ready before 11:00 a.m. when I arrived to pick up the prescription, they changed it to where it was going to be ready till after 12:00 noon.When I told them that I was told something differently, they said they never told that to me. I was really hoping for something else compared to other pharmacies, but I was sorely mistaken. They were not willing to fill it immediately for my wife that is very ill.And now my prescription is held hostage there and we are forced to wait. Do you sub a favor and go to another pharmacy.

I used to love this pharmacy but the service has become increasingly terrible over the last several months. Prescriptions not done when promised, no notifications on additional info needed and slow, slow, slow! And, I’ve requested cancellations of the same prescriptions over and over just for them to be mistakenly filled. You can’t even get straight info when you’re going thru the drive thru. I have wasted so much time waiting on these people to do their jobs and frankly I’m tired of the COVID excuses and issues. EVERYONE is busy and has had to adjust their lives and jobs around COVID! Publix pharmacy’s lack of organization, increasing misinformation and shortage of employees should not have to also be my problem regardless of what issues they are having. I just called the Pharmacy manager to have a discussion and was left on hold for a long time. I finally hung up as I don’t have more time to sit on hold for 20 minutes. Sure, “we’re all in this together” BUT I still expect you to do your job just like everyone else has to. You’ve had numerous months to deal with COVID and prepare for vaccinations- get it together! I expect more from Publix.

Your head pharmacist, I don't know his name, is really great. My daughter has a chronic illness so we pick up meds every couple of days, today was the second time that while another pharmacist was checking us out that he came over to explain something very important to me about one of her meds that her doctor didn't tell us. This time it was very important and something that I think our doctor overlooked, and I'm just really Thankful that there is someone there with the knowledge to tell us these things. Thank You!!

This Publix is the best!! Very quick checkout lanes, and sooo clean!! The manager Clayton was so helpful. My girlfriend & I were looking for Thomas plain bagels and there was none on the sales floor, so he went to the back to check and see if they had any. Keep in mind they had a deal on those buy one get one free. They ended up not having any in the back so he told us he would offer us another brand buy one get one free. He didn't have to do that, and he was very very generous with doing so. My family & I will definitely be going back to this Publix!! Thank you Clayton!!!

I have to give a BIG shout out to my Publix (Orange Tree in the Golden Gate Estates)! I went into Publix yesterday looking for a 1 and a 0 candle for Lya's 10th Birthday, but they didn't have any 1s. I spoke to a manager to see if they had any in the back, but he looked and they didn't. He told me he'd pick up one and bring in tomorrow. I dropped I'm on my home from work this evening, but it wasn't there because there was a miscommunication and he thought I meant tomorrow �. The manager on duty saw I was disappointed and said he would have one delivered to the house within the hour! I couldn't believe it! About an hour later, a very sweet woman from Publix showed up with the candle! Lya was so happy! I will be writing an email ASAP singing their praises! Thank you Publix for going above and beyond �!
