Transferred and processed my prescription in less than an hour. After over 15 hrs of trying to get my prescription processed with CVS, this Publix pharmacy was a lifesaver.

Not my favorite Publix in town but handy for a quick stop. Publix in general is way overpriced. A Bryers ice cream can be upwards of close to $7 bucks. The same item at Walmart across the street is $5. Publix does have the best chili in town though, hands down.

I agree, there are other Publix Supermarket Stores in the North Naples area that I prefer to this Store at The Strand. Publix Produce has historically been poor to unacceptable compared to even Winn Dixie or Walmart and a lot cheaper as well. I frankly try to shop anywhere other than Publix only because the Founders Daughter has been a supporter of the Jan 6th riot to overturn the 2000 Presidential Election and tried and failed to have the Election results de-certified.

I had my prescriptions sent o the Publix Pharmacy at the Strand and within two hours all was set for me. I had three of the five that were called in and they told me they would call me when the other two could be filled. I am pleased we also took one for my partner and his was filled very quickly. There was only one person at that time and the pharmacist assisted us pleasantly. The pharmacy is well organized and well stocked. It is very convenient for us as we live nearby.

Without a doubt, the most knowledgeable, friendly & “go the extra mile” pharmacists & techs. It’s a pleasure getting our scripts filled. Thank you to the entire staff! Highly recommend!

Just goes to show you, online reviews cannot be trusted (and also that people are messed in the head and get off on bitching online or inventing stories). I shop at this Publix regularly (about twice a week) and it is absolutely fine, even great. Employees are super friendly and helpful and efficient and everything else is good too. Clean, etc... deli and pharmacy and butcher are all great and friendly and helpful.. A bit pricey compared to aldi but if you shop the sales there are a lot of good deals.

This has to the the worst market ever, all the produce is dried out - radishes, how the hell can. They looks as bad as they do, and the asparagus was nearly as bad and no pricing listed. I walked out, never to return! A real dump!!

My 6 kids and I grabbed stars off the giving tree at our local Publix a few weeks ago. My 4 youngest kids and I dropped off these gifts to our local Publix that we have been shopping at for many years. These gifts were for the children at the abuse womens shelter. We were asked to bring the stars back with the gifts we bought back to the store we got them from. My 12 year old was riding Publix’s electric cart since he has a condition that caused him to need surgery on BOTH his feet 3 weeks ago. He is in casts on both feet and legs. After the kids so proudly brought their gifts with the stars to the customer service counter and the managers and customer service members excitedly received each gift from each of my children. I decided since we were there I would pick up a few groceries. Not one person at the service desk or any of the employees or managers said a word about my son riding on the electric cart as we shopped. We get to the register and the cashier says “is he 18?” I said “no, he isn’t” He said, “I’m sorry he can’t be riding that cart if he’s not 18.” I’m completely shocked at this moment. I reply, “well, he can’t walk, you see he has casts on BOTH his feet and legs.” I asked the cashier “where on this cart does it say he needs to be 18.” He said “it’s just a liability for us if he were to get hurt. He’s not allowed to be riding it” WOW! Now I could totally understand this cashiers point if my son were riding around the store either not with me beside him or riding it all crazy or reckless but seriously to say this to me when my son is in casts on both legs and he is riding it right next to me respectfully… OMG!!! SERIOUSLY! I’m fuming right now. I should have said something to a manager right then and there but I seriously just wanted leave the store immediately as I was ready to cry. How freaking rude. He made son feel horrible too. Ughh ? My son has been through soooo much physically and mentally already with the humiliation of people staring at him with casts on both legs. But then to be shamed at the register for driving an electric cart when he has no way of walking. He is way too big to fit in a shopping cart and especially with casts up to his knees on both legs and I’m not sure that wouldn’t have been a bigger liability. Not the way you treat a loyal customer and his family. I’m disgusted!!!

The worst of the worst folks. Naples has an unbelievable selection of groceries stores. Here's the official ranking for this snobby yelp enthusiasts: 1) oak and stone 2) sprouts 3) trader jones 4) Whole Foods 5) Luckys (RIP) 6) Winn Dixie 7) Publix (pukix) I've never been to wynns but I hear it's real nice So here's the lowdown: if you love outdated products, moldy bags of pasta, terrible produce, and employees from hell... Publix is your joint. Otherwise stay far away. There's far too many better places round these parts (thank god). PS. we used to live in small town where a place like Publix would probably be considered a 5-star establishment. But between the god awful employees (especially at the pine ridge and Naples Blvd location) and the endless number of outdated products on the shelves I would never recommend anyone going here. The only reason I'm not going down to one star is cuz they have a wide selection.

Surprised to see all the hate on this location. I like it. Less crowded than Vanderbilt or the one on 951. Ordered my subs with the app, they were ready on time. Cashier was nice. No complaints except the usual Publix prices.
