5 stars for individually for cleanliness and most of all friendly employees. Wide selection of everything you need and expect. The downside is this chain is expensive and especially so in all the Naples locations. Make sure you register for their courtesy program so you can get something back from them like a discount here and there.

Abrupt and rude. Got covid booster and asked to the individual to confirm what type (Moderna or Pfizer) was given. The curt reply over his shoulder was " you got what you were supposed to".

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this pharmacy is beyond bad. Every time I try to call to ask about my prescriptions, they leave me on hold for longer than 15 minutes until I just give up. The 2 women or pharmacists are extremely rude and have no people skills at all. There is a male technician who is way better. The only reason I keep using this pharmacy is because is 3 minutes from my house. If you want to be treated poorly with no consideration for you as a patient, having to wait for your meds because there are out of stock although you order the same ones every month, please come to this pharmacy, they are experts on poor customer service.

In all my travels in Florida I've never had a 'bad' experience at any Publix I've been in and this one was no different. We needed to stop in for a small number of items and we were in and out of the store in less than ten minutes. We found everything we needed quickly, place was clean, our cashier was very friendly and we even had someone bag out items. As supermarket experiences in Florida go, it was exactly as expected...

WEDDING CAKE TIP We have been shopping at this Publix for a long time now. It will always have a special place in our heart because we ordered our wedding cake here 15 years ago. That ordering experience comes with a pro tip from me. Never say you're ordering a wedding cake because they will jack the price. We just wanted a simple round elegant white iced cake for our wedding. We first went to the publix that is located south of here on 41. We said the word wedding which was a huge mistake and the cake was over $50. We left that Publix and drove north to this location. We then went to order the same cake. When they asked us what the special occasion was. We said it was just a cake we needed. We never said the word wedding and that same cake we were quoted at the other Publix was now only $7.99. What? Crazy how places hear the word wedding and all of a sudden raise the prices. So that is my pro tip for those getting married on the beach. Get a nice cake topper to decorate your cake and then just order an elegant white iced cake with whatever filing you want inside. Just don't say wedding cake or it will cost you. The store has everything you could want but there's also a lot of completion around. There's a Walmart, Trader Joe and Dollar Store located across the streets. So you have shopping options. We will actually go European shopping and buy items at all the different stores. We have our favorites items at each. We love key lime pie and have recently lost two of our favorites in the area. Randy's sold their restaurant and Costco stopped making their key lime pie. We were desperate and decided to buy one here. Honestly it was really good. It was better than any of the after dinner slices we ordered at the restaurants around here. They also offer the pie with toasted almonds. My wife and I debated this. We then spoke with the baker and she suggested the almonds. That was the tie breaker that swayed the voting in my favor. The sliced toasted almonds worked great. Even my wife agreed. So that's my second pro tip. Get the almonds on the key lime pie here. I'm starting to think that we only get desserts at Publix. That may be true and I highly recommend filling your sweet tooth here.

I was shopping in the Riverchase Publix today and I saw THREE Publix employees with their noses hanging out of their masks. If the mask doesn’t cover the mouth AND the nose it is useless. This is not complicated. Thousands of elementary school children wear masks all day at school with no issues. Your employees are struggling with something that every school aged child in our county does every day without issue.

It’s really sad when the customer says hello and asks how they’re doing and gets ignored by the employee. You work in customer service so learn it. It’s not rocket science to be a decent human being.

Went in on saturday april 18 just before closing around 7:50pm. Young lady coughing all over the meat section without covering her mouth. Nose running and she wipes it on her hand. Eyes glossy and she looks feverish. Looks like it could be corona. Sent email to corporate with details of date and time and just got a form letter back. Thanks for worrying about your employees.

Clean supermarket with very nice staff. In particular there is a sweet checkout man who helps with the bagging. He seems to be a die hard Patriots fan. He made sure to ask us how we were doing and helped us unload our cart onto the belt. When we finished checking out he asked if we needed assistance loading our mountain of groceries into the car. Although we didn't take him up on the offer we appreciated the gesture. THANK YOU!! Nice selection of produce and alcohol. Cute seasonal aisle. They had everything we were looking for to stock the house for the weeklong vacation.

The roasted chickens are over cooked to point of dust. They are the size of a small NYC pigeon. The potato salads taste like chemicals. This food is something that I would expect to eat after a nuclear event.

I called to transfer a prescription from a different Publix location to this one as I had recently moved. The Indian man that I spoke to over the phone could not have been more rude to me if he tried. I called back 2 minutes later and asked him to actually cancel that request as I did not like the way he spoke to me. I let him know I'd be taking it to the Walmart across the street and his response was “ok†and he hung up. Really expect better customer service than that from Publix. The Walmart across the street has been fantastic with my prescription for the last 4 months. Would highly recommend them over this Publix pharmacy location.
