The pharmacist and her staff are kind and helpful, which is wonderful as our experience at so many other pharmacies are very unprofessional. Out of the ten plus times we have used them, they have all been positive experiences. Highly recommend.

They never answer the phones, and when they do the rude. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but if you’re not happy, you need to leave. But the phone would ring and ring for at least 20 minutes before somebody picks up. I noticed the reviews of people of been writing is the same thing so you think they would do something about it.

Publix has some of the best subs and the entire way across Alligator Alley, I was thinking about this sub. So I had high expectations which were absolutely met. Despite being busy, I was able to find a parking space and there were no carts in the cart corrals. The store is clean and well lit. A short wait at the deli counter before an associate put on his gloves and started to prepare my sub. Precut meats added, condiments added, veggies added, oil and vinegar added on top. Cut, wrapped and ready to go. Check out was easy and I demolished my Italian sub as I finished my drive. Delicious! [Review 20250 overall - 1753 in Florida - 1227 of 2023.]

Really awful to deal with. I've had multiple prescriptions sent here and it's a 50% chance if they are filled or not.

The staff are always kind, however they consistently under estimate the amount of time needed to get a script filled. First couple times the Dr would send it over, and 1-3 hours later I go in and they have not even started to process it. Once they said 15 min, so I waited. Another time they said another hour more and 2.5 hours later I call and they say it will be 30 min and to "come on down". Seems like they are really understaffed.

Probably the slowest Publix in Naples. Imagine the scene: A long line of customers waiting for 20 minutes or more. A long list of to-go orders that aren't complete. I ordered my sub an HOUR AGO and it's still not ready. Usually I tend to brush these types of situations off but me waiting 30 minutes in line + wasting my gas for a sandwich that wasn't even ready is very disappointing. I love Publix and usually quality is their motto but this was just such a terrible experience. I don't think I'll be returning to this Publix anytime soon.

This low rating mostly is for the pharmacy. Their incompetence is astounding. Calling me saying prescriptions are ready and then I arrive and they are not. Prescriptions called in days prior never filled.And the employees in the grocery store are way less friendly than any other Publix locations I have been to. Not clear on why either of the issues exist because the store appears to be less busy than most other locations.Totally dissatisfied!

This is the WORST Publix I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of everything. I went into the store for 8 things and they were out of 5 of the 8! They were out of Boars Head sweet slice ham, Publix gallon organic whole milk, Stonyfield whole milk vanilla yogurt, original Hawaiian rolls and organic tomatoes. This is constantly. Many of my friends who live out in the estates refuse to go to that Publix anymore either for the same reason. I refuse to go to this store ever again. I will drive the distance to the Vineyards Publix

I love how I can order a sub online, come in at the specified time and wait 20+ mins for a sub with only two people ahead of me at 8:40pm.. I think I'm just gonna start going to Vineyards Publix again and I reccomend you do the same.
