Good day. A fine shopping experience in almost every way. We've had problems at the pharmacy, though. It seems that Publix pharm management is not concerned about poor customer service at the Shoppes At Hammock Cove, Thomason Rd Naples. We've moved most of our prescriptions to the Publix Pharm, Kings Lake Davis Blvd Naples, FL. Once in a while, for convience, we use The Shoppes at Hammock Cove. Thomason Rd. Naples FL. The Pharmacy Manager at this location is not someone you'd trust to fill your prescripions. She has poor communication skills and if you voice a complaint she just walks away and hides behind her computer screen. It's a bad day when you have to deal with Nancy M. at this Shoppes at Hammock Cove Pharm Thomason Rd Naples, FL.

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

The pharmacy at this store is a total joke. There is no communication and the pharmacist is incredibly rude. When attempting a dialog, you are spoken to as if you are a child. If you need to use Publix for a pharmacy go to any of the other locations in this area. I know that this will be my last time here.

The girl behind the counter Alliseva is plain rude! I switched to this pharmacy because it’s less expensive than cvs but I’m not sure it’s worth the aggravation. Dropped off prescription she said 1 hour. Went back in an hour they said not ready 20 more minutes. I went back a third time and she said I needed the dea number from my dr. I said why didn’t you call me, or ask for that at the original drop off? I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting. Went back to dr and got the number and went back again. She said 20 more minutes. She had an awful demeanor for someone doing customer service at Publix. Very disappointed!

The first time I came to this market was because it was close to where I live. I found everything I needed to get from vegan products to fresh vegetables and fruits; even organic choices were available here! I was thrilled! I even found muscat grapes from Georgia that I've never had before! It's a clean place and the staff says hello and greet you when you pass them. The cashiers and the grocery baggers are very nice and always ask me if I need some help to the car.

This is about service at the pharmacy counter. I was just there I went in and stayed at the counter for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment by the girl behind the counter. I finally spoke up and she looked at me as if to say, “You’re bothering me, yes I know you’re there”. I finally left after waiting 10 minutes and then my husband went to go get it. He waited 10 minutes and finally went over to the management counter where they told him someone is walking in there now that maybe will help. That young man gave him my medicine but it took 20 minutes to get any attention. This literally just happened so if Publix cares you might want to check who the female worker was around 2:30 pm on June 26th that ignores two customers. Might need to switch my prescription elsewhere.

Very nice employees I had ripped plastic bags and the manager was nice enough to purchase some public's heavy duty cloth green bags to put my clothes in with his own money very much appreciated.

This is not a place to get your lunch. Was waiting for 10 min between 12:30-12:40 at sandwich and food section and no one was showing up. Half of food trades were empty. Never will go back again.

It was a pleasure to shop at this Publix Super Market and receive such excellent service. I was trying to locate a particular item that I could not find on my own. I asked the gentleman in the produce department if he knew which aisle I could locate this item. He dropped what he was doing and took me over to the area in the store he thought it could be found. Unfortunately, the item was not in the area he thought. He referred me to the the manager who was in the same area , and he quickly located the item. It was a very refreshing shopping experience to be served in a professional and caring manner. Kudos to these staff members who went above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend shopping at this location for a top notch shopping experience.
