Today was my last attempt to eat lunch from the hot/cold bar at this Publix. I complain almost daily that something is wrong or missing from the salad bar (I never touch the hot food bar as everything is greasy, dried out, ir burned). Today was the last straw. The salad bar was totally empty. There were only 2 of 6 soups available, and the hot bar was absolutely disgusting. I get 1 hour for lunch and it takes me 10 minutes to drive there, so today I got no lunch at all. Thanks for wasting my time and making me go hungry all afternoon. I did complain to a manager there who gave me no help, just lame excuses.

Employee owned; excellent service, management and product selection. Superb shopping experience. No one does it better than Publix—especially at that price range, and at the middle-upper tier product selection!

Love the location, but the service (especially in the deli area) has gone down dramatically. Feel like we're a burden to them. I know that they are over burdened with the demands of Instacart, etc., but the customers that show up face-to-face shouldn't be penalized for it.

The customer service at Publix Pharmacy is superb. The lead pharmacist was knowledgeable, compassionate, and concise. He completed our prescription promptly before the pharmacy’s closing and was happy to be of help. He remembered our medical situation throughout our numerous visits and made sure to give professional advice. In addition to him, all other staff was kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Publix Pharmacy as well as their lead doctor for all your medical needs.

I've been getting my medications at Walgreens for 10 years and always dreaded that time where I'd have to call it in. The Publix pharmacy changed my life. I've had nothing but great experiences calling my medications in, and picking them up. They are always kind and patient with me, I will never go to Walgreens or CVS again.

Place is clean. A lot of great things about this store but if you go in for $5 sushi Wednesdays the rice is about as raw as the sushi. Pick your battles. Price vs quality.

Got asked to leave because I had my bike with me by a manager. It should be noted I have brought my bike in shopping with me for almost a month and this is the first time I got asked to leave while shopping.

Monique, a pharmacy clerk caused me undue pain and suffering. First she stated loudly"you have no insurance" as if I had the plague. She then proceeded to make me walk back and forth from chair to counter. And if that wasn't bad enough, she had me stand for approximately 10 minutes because of a very ignorant mistake. She kept inputing the date as 3-30-21. When I asked her if the reason I had to stand there was because she input the date incorrectly, she very obnoxiously replied she had. This would all have been tolerable if I hadn't had a hip injury, but I did indeed have a terrible bout of bursitis which made any walking agony. No, I don't expect you to even consider my medical condition, but you must realize that many of your customers at this location (store 1957) are older and would be well served by kind and compassionate pharmacy personnel. Please relocate this very inept person to a department which does not require her to interact with the public. Her lack of compassion and attitude has no business in a pharmacy department where the majority of clients are older.

Watch out - Publix marks up items to "pay for instacart" AND charges customers a high fee for delivery as well.
